Unfriendly staff

We were assigned a room, had to move out of it due to tv not working. In second room, heard noise throughout the night. I called front desk at 4am after losing sleep, had to call from my cell phone as room phone was not working. Man came to check out, said noise was coming from refrigerator in our room, he juggled the cord but it continued to make noise, would refer to manager. He said the phone hadn’t been working for past week due to a storm.

Key card didn’t work the first time so I had to drag all my luggage back downstairs after a 8 hour drive

My key card worked the first time I entered the room. I left my room and came back and key card doesn’t work. I go to front desk they rekey it and it works. I leave and come back again and it doesn’t work. I go to front desk and they give me a new key no issues after that. The toilet in my room did not work so they ended up moving me to another room. The sink faucet in that room barely had any water coming out of it.

The bottom sheet was old and kept coming off. Better linens would certainly improve the stay. We did not like the shared toiletries! I know it saves money, but it is not sanitary!

They put me in a room right next to public restrooms and the swimming pool. There was a loud banging that kept happening all night long and kept me awake. I’m not sure if it was guests doors closing or something to do with the swimming pool, but it was coming from the same Area over and over again all night long.

My first assigned room was flooding in the bathroom from a room above. This was taken care of with another room, and upon arrival someone had left melted ice cream in the fridge and a couple of dirty towels were there. Front desk took care of this right away.

First off we get there for our king suite w jacuzzi. He said no dogs allowed. Which one site i let them know I had a dog. Then I said ok may I get a king room no we don't have , mind you there are 6 cars in the lot! I ok what's available? 2 queens. Ok does have tub yes ok. Sends us to a room no # door ! He said something it's ALL NEW 😂 WHAT A JOKE! Water stains all over ceiling, tub does not stop up to take bath must shower. Stains on bedding. No bags n trash cans.no coffee pot. You could see dirty hand prints on headboard. Inside pool NOT working. Breakfast a fucking joke and gross. Powder generic creamer bagel or waffles coffee nasty like mud, frozen fake eggs n cooler.. 🤮🤮🤮 Mind you we stayed for 2 days out of town . Charge was supposed to be $303 for 2 days with a King w jacuzzi suite. I asked if your going to refund money for this room difference. I do when you check out. 72$ WTF ! NEVER AGAIN DIVE NASTY DONT STAY THERE!!! Also charge $20 extra a day for my dog!!!! Then you people walking the halls that run n live at the place I guess with Dots on there forehead!

The elevator did not work could not use the swimming pool the bathroom was not painted at all so it would be nice if I would get some kind of refund or very good discount next time I check into one of your establishments
