I appreciated the design of the room and the comfort of the bed/pillow.

Cons:

El baño tenia un pelo en la tina, la puerta del baño estaba mala y no cerraba, quedaba completamente abierta, dijeron que no tenían mas habitaciones y tampoco personal de mantencion. El lobby tenia un olor horrible y por el aire acondicionado se metía el olor a cigarro y se escuchaba todo de los otros baños, pésima experiencia

Mi è piaciuto il fatto di aver lasciato il cioccolatino sul letto, il muffin e l’acqua. Dovrebbe essere un attenzione che non dovrebbe
mai mancare. Lasciare un regalo di benvenuto per l’ospite dovrebbe essere normale, in qualsiasi struttura mentre invece non è così.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che ci fosse una perdita d’acqua in bagno, non l’ho segnalato per mancanza di tempo ed ho tamponato con della carta pensando che il giorno dopo l’addetto alle pulizie comunicasse la cosa mentre ho notato che non ha neanche rimosso la carta bagnata. Se non fosse stato per questo avrei dato un punto in più.

La posizione a 10 minuti a piedi da ramblas catalunia a 20 da paseo de gracia.La colazione abbondante e varia anche arrivando piu tardi le cameriere controllavano se c era tutto.Devo dire un hotel pulito sistemato caffe e acqua di cortesia nella hall.Oltre le mie aspettative. Da non sottovalutare il garage attaccato all entrata dell albergo in entrata un po stretto ma poi ampio.Cuscino per il cane e ciotole ok

Non ho trovato nulla fuori posto, le camere seppur curate andrebbero rinfrescate con alcuni accorgimenti piu moderni ...ma è un pelo nell uovo.
