Pros:

Pablo and Paulina were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room service number rang and no one picked up so there was no room service. Sheets were not changed as expected. Overall, it wasn't the NH experience as with others. I have stayed at other NH properties through corporate reservations in other countries and had good very good experiences so I decided without hesitation to book this for myself but it wasn't the same. The standard must be better at this property.

Okay for a couple of nights, but uncomfortable. Just to sleep.
Pros:

I stayed in a room turned inwards, which was hot as hell, and aircon didn't work. Even with windows fully open, heater in the bathroom turned off, and aircon on (which wasn't working btw), it was extremely hot. The bed is good, but the room was worn down with wallpaper coming off, giving it a 2 star look and feel.
Staff were amazing, and lobby is decent looking.
It's quite far from the metro station for carrying luggage, but it's doable.

Cons:

Room was too hot with no option to cool down.
