Pros:

Hotel recent renovat care mi-a depășit așteptările. Este la aproximativ 5-10 minute de mers pe jos până la stația de metrou Les Corts , care facilitează accesul ușor în centrul orașului. Personalul amabil și foarte primitor. Micul dejun foarte bun și sățios! Nu au fost probleme cu izolarea fonica în camera mea! Am avut vedere frumoasă către oraș de la etajul 7. Patul a fost foarte confortabil. M-am odihnit foarte bine după plimbările lungi prin oraș! Aș reveni cu drag la acest hotel dacă ar fi să revin la Barcelona!

Nu a fost ceva care nu mi-a plăcut!

Good base for a weekend in Barcelona
Pros:

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially Marc, good bathroom and very clean; also breakfast was good

Cons:

Room maintenance could have been better: mini bar fridge did not work; wear and tear in the room (TV signal, wallpaper)

Personal muy amable y desayuno muy completo. La chica encargada del desayuno es muy amable y expeditiva.
Pros:

Hotel bien ubicado en el barrio de Les Corts. Cercano a estación de Metro, centro comercial, auditorio L’illa y Av Diagonal. Zona tranquila y con buen acceso en general.

¿Room service calamitoso!

habitación espaciosa.

Cons:

El room service externalizado es un desastre. En el mejor de los casos tarda demasiado. En mi caso, además, al escanear el código QR vuestro, me ubicó en otro hotel del grupo (me llamaron diciendo que estaban llamando a mi puerta y que nu estaba) y cuando se dieron cuenta del error me dijeron que tardaban media hora en llegar (como hora y cuarto desde el pedido). Tuve que bajar a la calle para comer algo antes de mi reunión.
¡Lo nunca visto!
Para mi un room service eficiente es fundamental. Dudo que vuelva a vuestros hoteles.

Приветливый персонал, отличные завтраки, удобная кровать, каждый день убирали в номере. Приветственная бутылочка воды - это было мило. В душе есть все, кроме зубной щетки и пасты.

Cons:

Черная плесень в неработающем холодильнике с минибаром (мы хотели положить туда свои продукты). Когда мы указали на этом персоналу на ресепшене, нам предложили заменить номер, принести продукты в холодильник на кухне (что мы и сделали), извинились, что некому чинить, потому что был праздничный день, но холодильник по итогу так и не помыли)
