Hotel was good. Would stay again if we went to Bonita Springs again.
Pros:

Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Breakfast was good, but could have stayed open a little longer than 9am. Pool was clean.

Cons:

Front desk staff was only available through talking to a machine.

Excellent value for the price.
Pros:

I’ve been here several times and this hotel never disappoints. The check-in process is great; although some people complain about it, I feel it is great. They have been renovating some rooms, and the room I had was excellent and very clean. The breakfast is good, although I feel it was a bit better in the past. The location is fantastic—the street out front takes you straight to the beach. Even though it is not on a main avenue, it is very close by car to restaurants and entertainment.

Don't even bother unless you have no problem with intrusive scans.
Pros:

Nothing went well. There was no physical staff in the office, only a kiosk where you could register. I was not told in the literature that I would have to scan my driver's license. It was in my possession, but I have a privacy issue with the scan. I was told that if I didn't scan, my registration would be cancelled. That is exactly what happened. I was charged one night's stay, even though they cancelled.

Cons:

I did not like the impersonality of the staff, nor did I like the idea of a mandatory scan. If this is their policy, it should have been clearly stated when I reserved. I lost money because this was not stated, and it is not right that this happened.

Great Stay
Pros:

The hotel was great! The rooms are huge and clean! There are two sinks, so it made it easier for getting ready for the day or evening. The breakfast was simple, cereal, milk, fruit, pastries, and waffle maker for waffles. The pool was very clean. unfortunately, we did not have time to enjoy it. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The only issue I had was I would not call the other guest rooms with the phone in the room. The numbers on the phone did not coordinate with the room number. Yes, we do have cell phones so could easily call each other. The problem was when it was early and you are trying to get in touch put no one is answering their cell phone. It would have been nice to be able to wake them up with a LOUD ring of the in-room phone, hahaha.
To be fair, I did not ask the management about this, and I did not have time to look at the phone in the 3 other rooms we had to see if I could call the other rooms.

Perfekt für unseren Kurzaufenthalt, aber die Strasse war extrem laut.
Pros:

Das Motel war günstig und das Frühstück ausreichend. Die Zimmer haben alle Balkone. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und sehr nett.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer Richtung Straße bekommen, es war sehr laut, nicht nur auf dem Balkon, auch im Zimmer. Ich würde dort nicht mehr übernachten, wenn wir wieder ein Zimmer Richtung Straße bekommen. Auf der Nordseite ist der Pool und da es ist viel ruhiger.
