Pros:

Nice place near airport. They have shuttle for airport which is very nice and they also provide shuttle to nearby trolly station by curtesy. Overall great experience. The cleaning staff, front desk and shuttle driver all were so kind. The lady working in breakfast was so nice and kind. It was so busy but she made sure everyone gets what they want and kept refilling the food. I traveled with kids and they loved it.

Cons:

There was no grocery store in walking distance and we could not walk more because of kids. However they had a minishop which was very nice and had a lot of options.

Convenient but Meh Comfort
Pros:

Definitely meets all the needs but the HVAC didn’t work and the walls are pretty thin so not the best night’s sleep.

Pros:

Only a few minutes from the airport. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

It's near a busy road, and the windows' sound insulation isn't good enough, so I had to wear ear plugs.

Clean, friendly service
Pros:

Good location to the airport. Clean comfortable room. Receptionist was wonderful.

Cons:

We moved from one room to another to avoid traffic noise. The second room was a little better but still quite nosey freeway traffic.
Also air-conditioner was very loud. I'm a light sleeper.

Cons:

Don’t allow deliveries to room. I reported the guy from this restaurant you usually indicate to front desk. Too invasive I’m my personal life at my door while delivering food.
