Need to advertise at the pool is being under construction instead of letting everybody figure it out on their own

Parking lot was not plowed from snow

Cons:

Parking lot should’ve been plowed. He had to walk to a lot of water.

Breakfast was good and the staff was nice.

Cons:

The washer and dryer were both broken, the pool and hot tub were not working, the phones in our hotel rooms were not working, the WiFi in my room did not work, I had to use my phones hotspot.

Couldn't leave fast enough
Pros:

Looked at it but would not indulge in the breakfast.
Reported several electrical problems. Couldn't feel fire safe.
Would never ever stay here again.
I left one day early and lost that full deposit.
Felt I just had to run and I did.

Cons:

Young people running rampant through the facility.
I don't believe they were guests.

From the front desk staff to the morning breakfast everything was perfect

We didn’t. This hotel deserves a less than zero rating!

Upon entering the hotel it had a moldy musty smell to it. The staircase looked like it hadn’t been swept in weeks and was dirty. The first room we went to was suppose to have a lake view, it did not. The shower door had dirt and mold on the bottom and the shower had mold in it. The manager sent us to a second room which had one pink pill on the floor at the foot of the bed and another crushed in the carpet next to it. My husband and I went downstairs to get a refund (we paid cash) and the manager said no refunds. After a heated discussion with my husband he agreed to send a check within the next 3-5 days ( our reservations were August 3rd and today is the 7th, still no refund.) The rooms online were misrepresented and the hotel should be removed from your site. Since I haven’t received a refund I also plan on contacting the BBB. Hopefully no one else falls into the trap of this establishment.

I booked a room with a view. It was our anniversary. We had a view of the parking lot. Very deceivi.

Cons:

The rooms was so humid that the carpet was soaked by the time we left, and there were ants in our room. The toilet and sink also had markings on them when we arrived that I washed away.

It was in a good location.

Cons:

The price was misrepresented. Overly priced. The second floor was under construction of a repainting job. So the red walls were splotched with white patches. The red paint in the room was not done well either. It was not stated that I had to stay with my dog the whole time, so I had to find a boarding place to take my dog the day of the wedding. The only reason I picked that place was because it was pet friendly and then I wasn’t able to keep my pet in the room to go to the wedding that I traveled there for.

it was easy to find was on the main street

Cons:

The hot tub was not working and this was apparently an ongoing issue from the front desk. The room was just at bare minimum for cleanliness and had a smell which was so bad in one room of people that where in town for the same event they did not stay.

Overall it was fine but for how much you spend it could be a lot nicer.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay, pretty small for how many people were there. Ran out of apple juice and waffle mix. Other then that it was great.

Cons:

The ac in our room was very very bad, kept turning on and off through the night and was loud when it did. Didn’t seem to cool the room well enough to be comfortable sleeping. The shower was very cold as well. Turned all the way to the hottest setting it was pretty cold yet.
