Bathroom needs updating, shower door stuck, side door does not lock, noisy we were in an end room and could hear people come and go. Neighbors dog barked constantly through early morning. Breakfast was mediocre. Pool was dingy and hot tub was broken last fall when we came and again this time.

I wish there was some sort of a gym facility besides the pool. A small weight room maybe a couple bikes something like that would've been nice especially weights.

Breakfast was not good, too many spoiled machines, it was just bad experience

We waited an extra half hour to be checked in because the lady watching the front desk was asleep in her truck out front. If my husband hadn't knocked on the window to wake her up, we may have never gotten to check in! If my card wasn't already on file to book the room we would have gone somewhere else.

Room size a bit small

The WiFi is spotty. When you're connected, it works fine. However, sometimes during the night it would disconnect, affecting my sleep app. The only other thing is I thought it was a little pricey for the small box of powdered laundry detergent and a box with 2 dryer sheets, it cost $4. I hadn't planned on doing laundry but unfortunately spilled stuff on myself so I paid it but I really didn't want to because of the price

The hotel is a little "tired" overall. It needs some TLC, but it's clean.

Lady at front desk wasn't very friendly, bathroom door in room hard to shut, room door doesn't latch.

One of the workers made a big fuss when I asked for a face towel and a drying towel. She required me to exchange the dirty for the clean, stating that was policy.

Booking.com charged me for 2 rooms. I only wanted one just for myself. I immediately reached out to facility. The sales manager shockingly told the desk person to keep both charges on even knowing I had said it was just me. Have never heard of something so unprofessional. I need a refund for a room I didn’t use cause I didn’t book it and didn’t stay in it. Only stayed in mine. Her name was marjaree something. Left her a voicemail. No return call. I’m shocked and very angry.
