Precisa de algumas reformas
Pros:

A equipe é simpatica. O hotel fica ao lado do tram. O quarto tem um bom tamanho. O cafe da manha é basico, estilo B&B.

Cons:

O hotel fica num bairro bonito, mas nao tem nada perto e fins de semana fecha tudo, pois é uma area de industria e universitaria, logo voce precisa pegar o tram e ir até o centro.
O cafe da manha é bem fraco para ser Mercure.
A internet e ruim o sinal cai a todo momento.
O corredor é bem feio, precisando de reforma.
O banheiro esta limpo, mas o piso marrom de fibra do box dá uma impressao de sujeira e box é estreito.
O quarto é pintado de uma tinta muito escura, deixando tudo muito escuro nada moderno.
A cama é pouco dura e a roupa de cama é demais de poliester, acaba ficando muito desconfortavel para dormir, pois esquenta muito.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé rien à redire
Pros:

Le personnel de nuit est très agréable et l'hôtel est très sécurisé ainsi que le parking Le personnel qui était présent ce jour-là pour le petit déjeuner était très souriant et très agréable à notre disponibilité.

Cons:

Je trouve juste que niveau céréales il n'y avait pas beaucoup de choix. L'espace manque aussi peut-être d'un micro-ondes car je suis désolé mais je n'apprécie pas le chocolat de la cafetière bien trop fort, j'avais apporté ma dosette de chocolat chaud, mais je n'ai pas pu prendre de lait car il n'y avait rien pour le chauffer.
