Our stay was very nice. We enjoyed the location.
Pros:

The location was great. The staff was helpful. It helps if you can speak a little of the language.

Cons:

The toilets are a little low if you are handicapped in any way. There needs to be more hangers in the closet. Instructions should be in the room on how to get subtitles on the tv.

Overall, our experience was great. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very welcoming.
Pros:

Clean, great service, and in the heart of everything you need!

Cons:

We arrived at the bar at 5:25 and happy hour ended at 5:30. We were told we could no longer order happy hour.

For a 4 day stay it was adequate. The location was great and hotel was clean with a great Sky lounge.
Pros:

Location was great. The Sky lounge was brilliant.. evening snacks, drinks and view was exceptional. Was worth booking.

Cons:

The bedrooms are very small even though we had premier room.

المكان قريب من شارع ميونغ دونج وكل شي قريب منه .. الموظفين كانوا متعاونين جدا في كل الامور اللي احتجنا لها.. جميع الموظفين بلا استثناء كانوا ممتازين..

完璧な対応でホテルは満足
Pros:

日本語が流暢ですごくスタッフの対応が100点でした。ちょっとトラブルなことも、丁寧に対応してくれたりと一人でソウルに来た私にとってすごく安心して宿泊することができました。タクシー手配もしてくれて本当にスタッフさんの対応が素晴らしいです。
立板も良くて全部いいです！！

Cons:

少しホテル内の匂いがキツイ感じがしたので
爽やかな芳香剤の香りだと良かったかなーって思います。

Pros:

Everything ! My second absolutely marvelous stay at this Hotel. I literally plan my time in Seoul around this property if it is available . The staff are gracious, very knowledgeable , exceedingly helpful. The neighborhood can"t be beat.Already looking forward to next visit in fall.

Good hotel for a couple of days in Seoul
Pros:

Situated right in the shopping area and the night food market. The cathedral was 5 minute walk, good view of the tower. Offered happy hour from 5-7.30 which included lovely food and as much beer and wine as you wanted.
