Good location and very quaint hotel
Pros:

Very convenient to union station

Cons:

Have stayed here 2x and both very good experience. But last time the place smelled like fish. Maybe because of the restaurant.

Perfect little spot to travel to DC by train and visit the Capitol.
Pros:

I loved that this historic hotel was so well cared for, brilliantly organized, clean and relaxing. Loved the guest laundry! The pub downstairs was perfect—live entertainment and outdoor seating on a warm spring night. A block from Union Station and three blocks to the Capitol. Location!

La ubicación del hotel fue excelente por estar cerca de la estación del metro unión Station para poderse movilizar incluso por el traslado del aeropuerto al hotel , en esa estación está el servicio de trolle si van por turismo y siempre brindaron el mejor servicio , nos guardaron el equipaje sin problema después del check out y apenas llegamos nos ayudaron con la habitación lista

Otra cosa que nos gustó mucho fue el área de café y aromáticas 24 horas

El baño estuvo impecable en limpieza y el agua ducha estuvo perfecta , buenas presión y se la podía regular con facilidad la temperatura

Would definitely book here again, was very pleased with our stay.
Pros:

Nice location, walking distance great for area attractions and it was nice to have the dubliner downstairs. Parking was very accessible. Coffee and tea on 2nd floor was very good and we were pleased that this was an option.

Cons:

The room pillows not comfortable (too hard) but everything else was great!

Pros:

L’accueil du personnel, l’emplacement près de Union Station, le confort et la propreté de l’hôtel, la mise à disposition gratuite de nombreuses boissons chaudes 24/24 h. C’était notre deuxième séjour au Phoenix et il fut tout aussi excellent que notre première visite. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour ceux qui viennent à Washington en train !!!
