This is a good hotel to stay if you want to be close to Union Station.
Pros:

The convenience to Union Station.

Cons:

Unfortunately they put us in a room that was on the main road which was very noisy with first responder and regular traffic. While I realize they have no control over this, people need to be aware of the high potential for loud traffic throughout the night if they are on the front side of the hotel.

The nearest hotel by Union station and convenient to travel around DC by public transportation/walk.
Pros:

Location : The nearest hotel by the union station for the few short walk , it is convenience for guest travel by subway, AMTRAK . If you come from IAD airport can travel by subway grey and red line to union station.

Room : Plenty space for 1-2 person , The bed is big and have a space enough.
Facility is useful such as fridge, coat hanger, dryer and the staff refill water, and amenities everyday.
I appreciate that they also provide earplug for guest too.

Breakfast doesn't include in room price but you can buy food from supermarket and it has a pantry at 2nd floor which have free coffee/hot water/milk/chocolate.

Cons:

- The hotel is next to station and you can hear the sound of car/police car/cabs all night.
Earplug would help but not at all.

- The hotel provide free drinks and Irish bar but unfortunately didnot have seat enough and always full.

We were very happy to stayed in your hotel.
Pros:

We traveled by bus and we are arrived in Union Station. The location this hotel was perfect, very near from Union Station. The hotel was beautiful, staff are friendly, room is very clean. I reserved room with 1 bed, but staff change my room with 2 bed in the same price. Very sad for me was about no breakfast. You have to pay separate.

Pros:

The room was spacious and nicely designed. Staff was super nice and accommodating.

Highly recommended in DC!
Pros:

The hotel is a few minutes walking distance from the Union Station. Its historical building is quite unique and beautiful and the restaurant on the ground floor serves delicious Irish cuisine.
The room was spacious and very cosy and the staffs were so friendly. I wish I could come back there again!

You MUST stay here!
Pros:

The beds were INCREDIBLY comfortable! Great bedding and pillows. The front desk staff was friendly. Food and service at the Dubliner were superb. One can hear the noise from the street fairly well but it was relatively quiet in the overnight hours. If one needed to sleep during the day, that could present a challenge.

Nice hotel, better staff
Pros:

We hosted a business group for a three day event and the folks at Phoenix Park Hotel made things easy, straightfoward, and worked with us when we needed to add people or extend some bookings last minute. We will be using this hotel in the future for sure.

great location - close proximity to Amtrak and subway.
Pros:

stayed here for a night to do some touristy things in DC. Great location - mere minutes walking distance from train and subway station. Very nice staff - very accomodating. The room was a decent size with nice amenities; bed was comfy and room was clean. Coffee station available 24 hrs which had really delicious hot chocolate - perfect after trudging through the snow. The Dubliner pub/restaurant is on the first floor of this hotel which made grabbing a beer in the evening and breakfast in the morning super convenient. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
