Perfect location for a Mother and Daughter Trip
Pros:

Felt safe for myself and my daughter. Water and hot drinks, cookies etc available in reception area.. Great location for exploring Japan Town.

Cons:

Bathroom needed some tlc, taps loose etc. The breakfast was basic [as we had expected] but it did get a bit repetitive after 3 days.
