Para quien quiera estar cómodo y seguro en pleno centro (con metro en la puerta).
Pros:

Situación, en pleno centro de Santiago, que era lo que yo estaba buscando. Habitación grande y cómoda. Baño impecable con jacuzzi. Personal muy amable.

Cons:

El desayuno es correcto, pero yo lo mejoraría un poco, ya que desde mi punto de vista no se corresponde con el de un hotel cinco estrellas.

I would strongly recommend this hotel, walking distance to major attractions and a terrific staff

Pros:

Comfortable bed / good sleep! It is soundproof, so no noise from outside!
Very clean! The bathroom is very spacious.
Helpful staff.

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower, and tge water was not hot enough.
They charged us $80 for early check in.
