Centrally located, with kind, professional, and very helpful staff, and set within a well-furnished property with an appealing atmosphere... however, the 5-star rating perhaps doesn't quite reflect the reality and seems a tad excessive... though this is all balanced out by the very competitive price
The location is very close to the plaza de la armas. The team is very friendly.
I would have provided a better quality of the bread in the breakfast.

Spacious old-world hotel in a great location in Santiago. There are subway stations close by but we were able to comfortably walk to all the main sights. Staff are really helpful, they always remind you to hold onto your phone when you walk out the door. Would definitely stay here again.
It's a nice comfortable hotel so really not much to say. If anything the decor is a bit old but that does not affect the comfort.
