Lo que más me gustó de ese alojamiento fue el trato profesional, empatico, respetuoso y cálido del personal del hotel en general. Considero que es junto con la decoración, ambientación clásica elegante y sobria del hotel, que conforman su mayor fortaleza. Otro punto a favor es la seguridad del estacionamiento 7/7 plus para el estacionamiento del hotel. Y cercanía a estación de metro a pocos pasos. Debo acotar también que agradezco el nivel de exigencia y al mismo tiempo la forma amable de hacer valer las normas de aseo para el acceso de la piscina, traduce que hay un esmero en la calidad atención y limpieza de esa área.
Hay áreas que por motivo de tiempo no visité ni usé, así que no tengo datos para opinar sobre la conectividad del Wifi, Bar, Restaurante ni Gym. Sin desmerecer todo lo anterior, considero que el aseo de la habitación no fue óptimo! Debió haber sido mejor, un aseo prolijo tanto de la habitación como del baño. 8~9/10 en cuanto al aseo.

excelente en general, a pesar de estar en el centro no se contamina con el ruido, olores ni situaciones desagradables que priman por los alredeores.
El deayuno es variado, el lugar es muy acogedor, las habitacioones amplias y limpias

En el desayuno había problemas con la máquina de café y había que esperar un poco, pero no fue un problema grave.

la habitación tenía mucho ruido de aparatos de ventilación/aire acondicionado
La comodidad de la habitación y del baño la amplitud . Lo que falta incorporar es que que el frigobar tenga algunos detalles como 2 bebidas 2 aguas 2 chocolates algo que se pueda comer y beber aparte del café y te que sea cortesía .
Que fallo el agua caliente por la mañana nos queríamos duchar y estaba fría . Hasta más de las 10 de la mañana. Pero eso fue lo que pasó luego de eso se solucionó
