Pros:

Excellent property. Parking is $12 and park at your own risk but it is a good area for the most part. We felt safe and our vehicle was fine. Very nice interior. Restaurant inside has great drinks. Not too far out of where you need to go either way into Nashville.

Pros:

The breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub as well!

Cons:

Our biggest problem was the bed!! The mattress was so hard!!! We were looking forward to resting after an 8 hour drive before driving again the next day. The mattress was awful! Neither of us got very good rest!

Brentwood was good
Pros:

Location was excellent. Gym was adequate but I didn't make time to work out.

Cons:

Pool renovation
Didn't eat at restaurant.
On checkin, I didn't have bath towels so I feel like housekeeping is not through. Also wiped down bar area myself and tons of dust was on the wipe. I will continue to do this cleaning every hotel stay no matter the brand.

Quite a bit disappointed.
Pros:

Comfort, staff, overall feel = perfect.

Cons:

Chips crumbs under coffee table and sofa.
Bunch of long black hair in the shower/bath.
I have no hair. Wife has blond hair.
Black hair not from us. NOT COOL for the price of the admission.
