Durante mi estancia en este establecimiento, anunciado como hotel de 4 estrellas y con una tarifa aproximada de 100 USD por noche, se produjeron hechos que, a mi juicio, constituyen un incumplimiento grave de las condiciones ofrecidas y de los estándares mínimos de higiene y prestación del servicio.
En la habitación asignada:
• El teléfono no funcionaba, imposibilitando la comunicación con recepción.
• Se registraron ruidos constantes provenientes de habitaciones contiguas debido, aparentemente, a trabajos o intervenciones internas. Esta situación fue consultada y negada por el personal, pese a ser objetivamente perceptible.
• Se constató la presencia de organismos (gusanos) en el agua del inodoro, hecho que fue documentado en video en el momento de su detección.
La incidencia sanitaria fue comunicada de forma inmediata a la encargada, Sra. Omaira, y al gerente, Sr. Benavides, quienes fueron informados directamente y tuvieron conocimiento de la existencia de material probatorio audiovisual.
Tras aproximadamente 45 minutos de espera para recibir una respuesta formal, la única solución ofrecida fue una compensación de 13 USD, cantidad que no guarda proporción con la gravedad de los hechos reportados ni con el precio abonado por la estancia.
Los hechos aquí descritos corresponden estrictamente a lo ocurrido durante mi estancia y se encuentran respaldados por evidencia audiovisual

El servicio al cliente es fenomenal. Las chicas de recepción. Amelia, Lucía y la otra joven no recuerdo su nombre son las mejores. Los muchachos que están en la puerta también. En general todos muy buenos.

Cons:

El servicio de lavandería, es algo ridículo los precios tan elevados que tienen. No recomiendo usar este servicio en los absoluto.
