italian restaurant the spaghetti Vogole with clams was terrible . No taste at all !! I was charges for it and given a desert take away

Cons:

No me gusto en la zona de bar , el tema de los mozos , estamos en época de mundial y muchos usuarios del hotel quieren ver el futbol , hubieron unas personas que pidieron unas pizzas para comer ( delivery) y se estaban tomando unas cervezas y no los dejaron consumir .. me pareció pésimo, el mozo se puso un poco grosero.
Otro día , la música del bar se escuchaba más que la tv.

excellent place to stay near the universities and downtown area of Santo Domingo
Pros:

first of all the staff was really professional, friendly and helpfull all around (especially Ashley and Mary at the front desk, Leonardo at the bar and Ayhandy in the breakfast room)! the Room size was great, and spotlessly clean. the bar menu and its extended opening hours was great. the guarded parking is nice too. the breakfast buffet was excellent and offer not only many international stapples but also made to order omlets and plenty of fresh tropical fruits and local specialities.... highly recommended

Cons:

sadly making the reservation through booking didnt allow for gaining points in the radisson program. Sadly the swiming pool was closed during part of our stay and so was the restaurant with none of them being adverstised at the time of booking. last the price i booked for turned out to be significatively higher than I could have got would I have waited more... A last point too, there are dominican music everywhere in the public area which is good and uplifting, only the volume of it tend to be a often too high where it is difficult to hear a phone call or just chat with someone. so keeping the music but lowering the volume a bit would be nice

Cons:

Inicialmente el climatizador de la habitación asignada era muy ruidoso, pedí que me transfirieran y me asignaron una habitación que aún no había sido limpiada (la recepción me dice que fue un error del sistema), luego me asignan otra habitación con el mismo problema de la primera, los climatizadores son muy ruidosos. A parte el único restaurant que tienen estaba en remodelación, había que pedir alimentos desde el bar y el servicio no fue el mejor.

Pros:

Me gusta por su locación, muy céntrico, cerca de bancos, restaurantes, heladerías, laundry, muy seguro, limpio.

Cons:

Deberían comprar protector acolchado para los colchones, que son muy duros.
