The property is not well maintained. The lighting is very poor and the air conditioning is very loud. They are short staffed. It took me more than 30 minutes to be able to check out. The towels seemed very old.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that they charged me and extra 20 dollars on my card for no apparent reason. 296.00 should have been charged and they took 316.00 dollars. I emailed them and no explanation was provided.

Pros:

Fue excelente, el personal fue muy amable y el hotel es muy agradable!

Cons:

Nos tocó en una habitación cerca del ascensor así que tuvimos un poco de ruido en la noche, pero aparte de eso, todo estuvo excelente y volvería con mucho gusto!

Es céntrico, muy buenas instalaciones, tiene ☕️ y muy buenas atenciones.

Cons:

El proceso de checkin es largo y tedioso y solo hay una persona con una asistente que depende del encargado para completar el proceso. Tardé como 15 min. Detrás de mi se formó una fila como de 8 o más personas. No quiero imaginar el tiempo q les tomó parados.

Cons:

Muchas cosas! Estoy acostumbrada a hospedarme en el radisson para acudir a conciertos. El servicio nunca ha sido excepcional pero Cada día se superan para que el servicio sea peor. Cuando llegamos al hotel al momento de hacer el check in la espera fue demasiado. Una vez en la habitación necesitaba hacer pedido de servicio a habitaciones y el teléfono no servía. Tuve que bajar al lobby para hacer el pedido que nunca llegó. Como si fuera poco las toallas del baño si bien estaban “limpias” no olían bien.
