Bellissimo. "Parigi val bene una messa!"
Pros:

Ottima la posizione della struttura, vicinissima a 2 linee metropolitane (con collegamenti verso le maggiori attrazioni e le stazioni), in un quartiere residenziale. Locali per colazione o aperitivo, 2 supermercati entro i 100 metri (per acquistare cibo, frutta, spazzolini da denti o altro). Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Possibilita' di lasciare i bagagli in struttura. Acqua potabile disponibile gratuitamente nella hall.

Cons:

La camera era un po' piccola.

Family Vacation
Pros:

The staff was very nice, very friendly, always willing to help on every situation, the best I found in my travels.
The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices, cheeses, 'charcuterie', crepes, on the moment made pankakes, yougurt and seeds and toppings, eggs (mixed, boiled and fried), bacon, mushrooms, sausages, fruit, lots of jams and salads, and different kind of breads, sweet pies or cakes and 'croissants', juices and breakfast drinks.
The place is great because is in front of 2 metro lines and several bus stops. In less than 20 minutes you are in every important site or atraction in Paris. A lot of restaurants and 'brasserie' and 'bouillon' and fast food dinners (french and universal) for every purse.

Cons:

The room was a litle small, especially the bathroom, but from what I heard everyone in Paris complains about the size of the rooms everywhere.
