Staff was very friendly
We moved to the hotel because it had air conditioning, but then the power went out. Without fans, it was very uncomfortable
Très bien mais un peu déçue par rapport aux prestations pour un hôtel de cette gamme , même pas une bouteille d’eau offerte

מנהל המלון לא בתקשורת עם האורחים. היתה תקלת חשמל בכל האזור אך המנהל לא הגיע לשוחח עם האורחים. לא היו פנסים ונאלצנו לישון ללא מיזוג ובחושך מוחלט. כל אי הנעימות הופלה על עובדות הקבלה, ולא היה מנהל שיקח אחריות (אין גנרטור למלון)

Konum iyiydi, otel Paris'in çok merkezi ve güvenli bir bölgesinde bulunuyor.
Otelin yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var, bazı bölümlerinin oldukça eskimiş olduğunu gördük.
Emplacement et personnel
J’ai payé 400 euros la nuit pour venir me rafraichir pendant la canicule et j’ai une une petite chambre au 9ème étage sous les combles avec une climatisation vieillote qui ne fonctionnait pas bien. La salle de bain était un four non climatisé, et impossible d’avoir de l’eau fraiche sous la douche. Je me suis fait arnaqué je ne reviendrai pas.
Room was clean and comfortable, with effective air conditioning during the intense heatwave. Even with the music festival going on throughout Paris, the room was mostly quiet and peaceful despite loud revelling going on outside! Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was well supplied and tasty, with generous hours for us to have a decent lie-in after busy evenings out in the heat. Housekeeping staff really went above and beyond with tidying the room - they did little cleanups I would never have expected but really appreciated. Hotel is based right in the middle of the action with a well-connected metro stop right outside, and plentiful bars, restaurants, and food shops nearby.
Elevators are a little small, and I wish there was access to an ice box in the room for the ice maker. Air conditioning a little noisy but, again, it was an INTENSE heatwave so I'd rather it worked with noise than not!
location is prime; walking to Gar du nord
and we booked two rooms, asked for late check out for one of them on the last day which they accepted and provided easily.

ארוחת בוקר טובה ועשירה עם שירות מצויין. פקידי הקבלה מאד השתדלו לספק כל מה שביקשנו לרבות החלפת חדר עקבב מזגן מקולקל. הכל היה מהיר מבלי לבזבז זמן. זו אינה הפעם הראשונה שלנו במלון. נחזור שוב
היה לנו חדר רחתה עם מקלחון (מצויין) אך צריך לשפר את הגישות כגון ידית אחיזה קולב וכד'
צוות עוזר מאיר פנים ושירותי. ארוחת בוקר טובה. היו ביות עם המיזוג בחדר ונאלצנו לעבור לחדר אחר עם מזגן טוב אבל קטן ממה שהזמנו. למלון אין לובי נורמלי אבל כל הרחוב מלא מסעדות ובתי קפה. סופר קרוב.
בחדר היה חדר רחצה מרווח עם מקלחון בלבד ולנו זה היה מצויין אבל חסרים בו אמצעי בטיחות כמו ידיתיות אחיזה וקולבים. המקלחות גבוה כ 15-20 ס"מ מהריצפה וזה יכול להיות מסוכן למבוגרים שצריכים להאחז במשהו
