Pros:

Le personnel nous a acceulli avec un sourire, un bonjour et a su répondre à nos besoins. En comprenant la raison de notre visite, ils ont même mis un lit d'appoint dans notre chambre sans frais qu'on puisse passer les derniers jours avec notre frère.

It was pretty good. Silent and comfy..

Cons:

Acoustic in the pool was horrible. And air conditioning also was poor there. My eyes were really sore because of the chemical they used.

The hotel was great just the cancellation policy was not very good.
Cons:

The only complaint we had was the cancellation policy. We had one couple who could not make it due to an accident and we were not compensated for any amount because it was after the 5 days. If that is your policy we will not be booking with you again.
