The hotel was great just the cancellation policy was not very good.
Cons:

The only complaint we had was the cancellation policy. We had one couple who could not make it due to an accident and we were not compensated for any amount because it was after the 5 days. If that is your policy we will not be booking with you again.

Wonderful facility and close to the hospital.
Pros:

The hotel was wonderful. Clean, no smells, lots of supplies and close to the hospital. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends

Breakfast is not in the hotel. It took 30 min to take fruit and iogurt to my daughther.
The corridor was too noisy even after 10pm, the hotel was not helping to follow the quiet time.

It was a last minute booking so other than the pool it was great!
Pros:

The rooms were a great size and clean. Easy check in.

Cons:

The pool was foggy and water was dirty so the kids were unable to swim in it.

Would not come back to this location
Cons:

The manager tried to cancel our booking 15 mins before we arrived and said we would have to be relocated to Strathroy. Then after a heated ten minute discussion we were given a room for $100 more than our original booking.

Overall, we had every thing that was needed.
Pros:

The room was very clean. Enjoyed the small kitchenette. Most hotels do not offer that!

Cons:

The pool was not well maintained. Water was very cloudy. The indoor pool was the main reason we booked with this hotel.
