Cons:

Le personnel etait trop mechant. J’ai laissé mon auto pour monter les affaires ils m ont donné un ticket de 80$ pour la première fois. Ils m ont donné la mauvaise suite. Après on a oublié les affaires puis nous ont chargé 250$ du fait qu on est allé récupérer nos affaires. Ils nous ont dit de baisser le volume à 10 nous l avions fait.

Great location, huge space, low frills, clean and well priced. ideal for parties of 3 or 4
Pros:

The properly is scaled back in terms of amenities and pampering. The units are huge converted condos with small kitchens but bare walls with a minimalist esthetic. The location is idea and the price point is hard to beat. Ideal for more people looking to occupy same space. Great option

Great bargain for a king suite close to everything.
Pros:

The suite was very roomy, quiet, and clean. The price for the suite was exceptional reasonable. It is an easy walk to all the sites in Ottawa.

Cons:

Our bed frame was broken and had been repaired with duct tape. It broke again. They fixed it again with tape. Maybe they’ll do a permanent repair soon.

It’s located across the street from the city mission. There a number of sketchy people in the area. They never gave us a problem, but some hotel guests may be uncomfortable.

I couldn’t have been more pleased during our first trip to Canada while staying at Les Suites hotel.
Pros:

I liked the location of Les Suites to the venue where our function/activity was held in Ottawa. I also liked the professionalism of all hotel staff my family and I had encountered during our stay.

Cons:

It seemed the elevators (either one or two) were inoperable during a few days of our stay so the foot traffic going up and down was delayed.
