Great location, facilities and helpful staff
Pros:

The location is great, near museums, restaurants and public transport. The gym and the swimming pool are great! I particularly liked the kind cleaning staff.

Pros:

The staff at the front desk and housekeeping are friendly and very helpful.
The very spacious rooms with all kitchen amenities plus washer and dryer make it perfect for longer stays.
Best location! My favorite hotel in Ottawa :)

Pros:

The rooms are not cramped with Beds like in a normal hotel. It was like having our own condo with a working kitchen, laundry, living space and bedroom. You dont need to rush in the morning to avoid missing the breakfast, you can be on your own pace and make your breakfast. Go out, do your thing and come back to a clean kitchen and condo!!

Cons:

The location is noisy because of its close proximity to the market and traffic.

L'emplacement et la suite familiale

Cons:

Les alarmes d'incendie à 2h du matin suivi d'une autre d'intervention d'urgence à 7h30 le matin. Ça fait une petite nuit mais d'un autre côté c'est rassurant de voir que c'est bien organisé.

I would book again at this hotel.
Pros:

I liked that every space had plug ins for all kinds of devices, easily accessible. A wide desk to work at. The bedroom was very comfortable and had a bedside clock which was very much appreciated. The kitchen had uptodate appliances. Had a nice view of the residential area around the hotel. Enjoyed being able to text the hotel staff of any concerns and having them addressed promptly. And the hotel is right beside Rideau Centre, for those people that like to shop and dining in Byward market is a plus.

Très bien, mais des détails qui font baisser la note.
Pros:

L'emplacement dans Ottawa, l'équipement de l'appartement.

Cons:

Canapé-lit très inconfortable pour la troisième personne.
C'est un appartement avec tout pour cuisiner, mais peu de vaisselle (juste le nombre de couverts, assiettes, nécessaire pour un repas, c'est peu) , et même pas du sel et du poivre,ce qui pourrait être fourni.
