Très belle chambre rénovée et lumineuse. Très propre. Très bien situé pour le Ironman d'Ottawa.

L'homme qui s'occupait de notre chambre (1912) était gentil, efficace, et serviable.

Cons:

Les ascenseurs! Trop peu d'ascenseur pour l'achalandage élevé du week-end. Il faudrait permettre un "late check-out" gratuit en contrepartie.

Stationnement serré et dispendieux.

Divan-lit inconfortable.

Il manque un peu de vaisselle et outils de cuisine.

Big Tooms and Close Proximity to Downtown
Pros:

My spouse and I were in town for Ironman Ottawa, proximity to the main event at Major Hill Park was great. Rooms were big, clean and had everything we needed. Even ice trays!

Cons:

Elevators weren’t keep up with the number of people that needed them. Although many Ironman athletes were staying in the hotel with bikes. But we waited as long as 20 minutes for an elevator at times.

Réservé deux appartement de 1 et 2 chambres dits modernes. Ils ont en fait un vétuste mobilier sans charme. Le canapé est tâché. Les lits sont grinçants. Les vitres ne sont pas isolées contre le bruit. Ils ne donnent aucune envie de s'y attarder.

Théâtre et crème glacée !
Pros:

Situation idéale, je suis allé au théâtre à pied. Plein de restos et de services à proximité. Le parlement et les musées sont tout près. Grand mail et station du tramway local à 50 mètres.

Parking. Was full had to park next door in parking still attached to hotel but way to low. Scraped the top of our Durango.

It is centrally located, convenient as close to shopping, food, and the Roger’s Centre.

Cons:

The walls are thin - we were fine with this, but our neighbors lodged several noise complaints, including against us and on the night we arrived (we did not arrive until almost 11 pm). We were not informed of the noise complaints until the ‘2nd one’. Security did not tell us what was going on _ just lurked in the hallway and then stairwell for almost an hour, apparently to see if the noise complaint was true? Kids running in the hallway, knocking on doors and running away - very loud, but hey - it’s a hotel with families, so this is kind of to be expected so we did not complain.
