Great location. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The room was clean. The bedroom was spacious.
The room was right beside the lifts, so there is a constant noise throughout a day and night (we did not asked to be moved). The sitting area was much smaller that what we expected.

Excellent location, right next to the CNN Tower with easy access to the city’s main attractions, a very safe area, and a fantastic view from the room.
Location is everything! The amenities and the rooms are very spacious.
Great location downtown. Perfect, if you're a baseball fan. Reasonable amenities. Great staff, people made our stay amazing!
If you're not a baseball fan, that's not the best value for money in town:
Room : extremely loud AC, barn door to the toilet with a 2-inch gap to avoid any privacy.
Facilities : swimming pool is in the basement and had only cold water.
Services: expensive and subpar room service, lobby bar is a sports bar, also expensive and mediocre.
Newly renovated floor, king bed room was spacious and comfortable
Nothing serious but the new toilet makes and behaves like noisy airplane toilets. Probably to save on water, so for the sake of the planet, I will swallow my annoyance.
Everything the location was amazing. The service was outstanding. The employees were incredible and very helpful as well
The only thing was that the hot tub was closed and the accessible elevator did not work. Other than that everything was great
