The food was delicious and the room very quiet

The staff at this hotel is excellent! Location is perfect, walking distance to office and amenities. For this cost the hotel was great, however there were some issues with temperature in the room I had it all the way down to 60 and it was not cooling off. Also the motion lights were only staying on a minute at a time in the bathroom forcing me to shower in the dark and making it difficult for the morning routine, they did fix the motion light after the first night. For the rat that we normally get charged here it is not worth it

Somerset hills was the perfect home base for a family visit. Conveniently located to major highways and a varied selection of restaurants and services. The hotel parking lot is small but in a good way. From parking to Check in and check out the transaction was pleasant and quick. Staff was smiling and welcoming all day and night. There’s a lovely Gastro pub and lounge bar with quality pours, drafts and snacks. The rooms are spacious, quiet and updated. We had a minor issue with the safe and the engineer was related within 7 minutes to repair and reset it. We’ve booked our next stay through TripAdvisor!

Overall great location and friendly staff

My coffee maker didn’t work - it happens. So, I asked the front desk for a replacement. There was unnecessary drama amid multiple phone calls. First, I was given instructions by the front desk clerk on how to use the coffee maker because they couldn’t fathom that the machine simply wouldn’t turn on. Then, I was told they didn’t have any in inventory. Then, the front desk clerk said they could change my room to one with a working coffee maker. Mindblowing! All I expected was that they swap out mine, for one from another room (hotel was nowhere near full). After multiple phone calls, that’s what finally happened.
And, throwing salt on the wound, housekeeping neglected to service the in room coffee station. Payback?

We were in New Jersey for one night to visit family and we chose this Hilton hotel for the location. We’ll definitely will stay here again. It’s a beautiful Hilton! The staff was friendly & our king size room was spacious with comfortable bed. Our drive to Newark airport was approximately 30 minutes.

The room was perfect. It was so clean and nice and the front desk was very welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Clean, well appointed rooms and beautiful surroundings

Comfy rooms - loved the balcony looking over the forest in the back! Had extremely loud drunk neighbours at 1 am and repeatedly tried calling the front desk with no answer.
Fridge in room was barely working - had to throw some food out as it didn't keep cold enough.
Front desk staffer was super accommodating my first morning printing off last minute notes for a meeting, and the following morning when I asked the new staffer if they could print an addendum, they refused and said it wouldn't be possible - got quite rude.

Overall, would stay again! Food in the taproom was excellent too.

It's a simple hotel - less than the usual 4-5 stars but not bad at all,it's the only one near office I needed to visit
