Cons:

There is a night club that was very loud until 1:30/2:00 AM and then the party started outside my door with drunk people yelling and banging into each other so that I could clearly hear it and I could not sleep and I had to take a Melatonin to sleep. Not good at all!!!

Below Expectations
Pros:

The guy at the front desk during check-in was amicable and offered great service. The room was clean.

Cons:

I have been to this hotel before but it has a downside, not having any place like a conference room. Both vending machines on the 2nd and 4th floors were not working, and the reception did not have anything like a snack kiosk. It was quite hurting not to have Ginger ale when I needed it.

Pros:

The location and parking were convenient.

Cons:

We requested an item to be brought to the room and were told it would take 5 minutes. After 20 minutes, we requested again and were told the same thing. Another 20 minutes later, we called again and were told that the previous requests were to someone who had finished her shift and gone home!
We also requested a late check out and were told it wasn't possible.

Personal 100% Amable

Cons:

La habitación no servirá la calefacción y todo el tiempo con frío. Es un Chester así que en le piso hará bebes llorando y personas que parecen homeless. Pague en cash y para eso el
Depósito fue de 250$ por habitación que me parece demasiado .
