That it was by the train station
Called for new garbage bags when I woke up I tried to empty both bags and they had holes in them instead of the concierge saying he was the only one posted he couldn’t do anything at the moment I waited patiently to 11:30 for no one to come until I call the phone back. He left he was off the clock and didn’t care about me calling at all and I made complaints about a noise they made it seem like it was a big deal to tell the room to quiet down mind you it was commotion going on with two guest boyfriend and girlfriend both days in front of the lobby and police was called cars posted y’all got people spending $350-400 for two days least you could have common decency been having hotels and working luxury apartments and worked concierge all up and down New Rochelle from the Stella to the Modera to Shearwood and this hotel was a shit show wasted my time and money.
