Convenient and affordable hotel.
Pros:

Convenient location in a beautiful area. Large room with seating area and great value for money. Responsive staff.

Cons:

We needed a few things fixed in our room but staff corrected these quickly. Noise from traffic on the side road that was worse with window open for fresh air.

Pleasant!
Pros:

Hassle-free stay, close to Bergenhus centre, good breakfast, near the “klostergarajen” and within walking distance to the hotel entrance. Very good ambience.

Cons:

Not a spacious family room

Pros:

Excellent location, good breakfast.
Reception staff were very helpful, cooperative and friendly with us.
From the second night we stayed in a room in the renovated part of the hotel.
Comfortable bed.

Cons:

No aircondition in the rooms, room temperature can not be adjusted in a four star hotel.
In a part of the hotel the rooms has not been renovated yet.

Schoon hotel met goed ontbijt
Pros:

De locatie was perfect gelegen, het ontbijt was prima en uitgebreid. Hotelkamer was schoon.

Cons:

De bedden en de kussen waren ze voor ons te zacht. Een extra kussen om tegen aan te zitten of om op te liggen zou fijn geweest zijn.
