Guest Reviews
Great location, friendly staff, comfortable
Some stairs for luggage with senior citizens
Great location. Excellent breakfast. Professional and friendly staff. Very clean.
Showers in both our rooms were pretty tiny - didn’t bother us (water pressure and cleanliness good), but a larger person might feel constricted
Convenient location and large room but awkward shower/toilet set-up.
Most staff were helpful / friendly when requests made (kettle, tea and coffee)
Queue for check-in and process took a while. Uncomfortable bed.
No individual room temperature control. Room was a bit stuffy but can't leave window open at night due to outside noise.
Minimal 'room service / cleaning' - not much tidying. Just doona folded, garbage emptied and towels changed
Great breakfast. Good location.
Suggestion fir room would be a couple of hooks on wall to hang coats or clothes hangers.
The location. The heated floor in the bathroom.
Everything is tired and worn. Asked for decaffeinated coffee and it was difficult to find and supply.

Fikk ett stort rom , stor og god seng. God service i resepsjonen! God frokost, god service ved frokosten.
Ikke noe negativt! Dårlig vær! Men vi er i Bergen!
