Pros:

駐車スペースから部屋まで必ず階段使う点が面倒に感じた。スタッフの対応は良く満足。施設自体は少し古さもあり、廊下など傷みは出ていたが部屋内は綺麗に保たれていました。風呂場も広くて気持ちよかったです。

駄菓子の詰め合わせ、2泊なのに1回だけだった。清掃もなしとのこと。1泊1回ならわかる。それ以外はとても良かった！

因為要去Aeon Pokémon Center , 選擇喺呢度住，出入都好方便，唯獨泊完車要行落一層先可以返去房
，搬行李有啲唔方便，如果有老人家就唔係咁好

スタッフの対応は抜群でしたが客室の一部が、神経質な私たちには適しなかったです。しかし、その部分もちゃんと対応してくださり、とても良い旅行になりました。

家族連れにとても優しいホテルでした。
スタンダードルームでしたが、眠るだけだったので広さも十分すぎるほどでした。
最終日にキッズルームを利用しましたが、チェックアウトギリギリの2時間以上遊んでいました。チェックアウトする頃には帰りたくないと大号泣されたので、楽しすぎて困りました(笑)
洗面、脱衣室とトイレが同じ空間で、施錠も出来ないのは不便を感じました。
いくら家族とはいえ、用を足している前で着替えをされるのもするのも気が引けます。

部屋が綺麗に清掃もされてて、部屋も広く、アメニティも豊富！ウェルカムドリンクもあって種類も豊富。受付のスタッフさんも気が良く、丁寧でした。

前回とても良かったので2度目の宿泊です。
今回は、前回より部屋も狭く、駐車場から直接部屋に入る扉の鍵が使えなく、ベランダも無い部屋でした。そこが少し残念でしたが、スタッフの方々は感じが良いです。
洗濯機も使えて、フリードリンクも付いていて
とてもいいです
歩いてはどこにも行けないですが、車で10分くらいでキングタコスもあるし、スーパーも、コンビニもあるので便利です
イオンモールも近いです
また、沖縄へ行く時は利用させてもらいたいです

下に降りる階段の幅がもう少し広いと良いなと思いました。（高齢者がいた為。）

Pros:

The only complaint I had was the jacuzzi tub did not work. The staff were very kind and helpful when we had to interact with them. Clean towels were brought to us everyday. The property was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

フルーツをカットしたくて従業員の方に相談したら、ナイフとまな板・フォークを貸して下さいました。
おかげで、沖縄で買ったフルーツが食べれてよかったです。

バルコニーも広く、夜は綺麗な星が見えました。

部屋から直接駐車場にアクセスできる構造も素晴らしく、悪天候にも左右されることなく荷物を乗せることができました。こういう造りのホテルは初めてだったのですが、とても便利で感動しました。
