Weekend relaxant
Pros:

Hotelul este situat într-o zonă verde, liniștită, cu clădiri de maxim 4 -6 etaje , sigură, în apropiere de parcul Kensington și gara Paddington. Camera noastră a fost mică, dar cu toate facilitățile necesare, pat confortabil și curățenie impecabilă. Personalul este extrem de amabil și atent la nevoile clienților. Mic dejun variat.

A very enjoyable weekend at a lovely central hotel
Pros:

The location was perfect for us. All the staff were professional and very helpful, the provision of iced water in the lobby was a welcome touch.
The twin room although smaller than we would have liked, was nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, shower was good though quite a small cubicle, the temporary complimentary mini bar a pleasant surprise, overall the facilities met our needs very well for our two night stay.

Pros:

Buona posizione, 10 minuti da più stazioni Metro. Colazione di ottima qualità, prodotti buonissimi e servizio eccellente. Palestra interna chiusa agli ospiti ma con possibilità di eccedere a una palestra esterna. Camera nuova ma molto piccola.

Pulizia da migliorare: peli e capelli nel letto e doccia.

Given such a warm welcome and would def recommend! 5 stars overall 🤩
Pros:

Great location, all the staff were lovely. Of all the hotels we’ve stayed in over the years the breakfast here was the best by far!
We were there in the heatwave temp 39 . The rooms had air conditioning which was just perfect!

Ottimo hotel, peccato per il “freddo” di notte
Pros:

La posizione, vicina a ben 3 fermate della metropolitana e a due passi da Hyde Park, la pulizia, il bagno spazioso e funzionale con finestra (la camera era una executive premium), la gentilezza del personale e la colazione davvero favolosa (ottimi i piatti a richiesta compresi)

Cons:

L’assenza di un’area lounge o di una hall vera e propria (c’è solo un piccolo angolo salotto all’ingresso). Il fatto che non si potesse regolare l’aria condizionata in camera oltre i 22 gradi (si congelava, viste le dimensioni ridottissime della stanza), ma senza aria di soffocava dopo poco, anche perché era un sottotetto. La regolazione era solo tra i 19 e i 22 gradi. Erano giorni di caldo eccezionale, ma questo problema della temperatura in camera è stato un grosso discomfort notturno. Abbiamo chiesto in reception, ma non avevano possibilità di modificare il range di regolazione.

10/10 will stay here again on my next trip to London.
Pros:

We loved this property and especially our room. It was cozy and spacious at the same time. The separate closet and desk are with the step down bathroom made the bedroom seem bigger and provided some privacy. And there was a little anniversary card and balloons left for us on the bed as we were celebrating our 25th Anniversary. 🤍🥂

Cons:

I can’t think of anything that we did not like about the hotel itself. One thing that could make it better however is to include breakfast in the already existing price of each night. At that price point a complimentary breakfast would be a huge bonus.

Bir daha gelsem yine kalırım.
Pros:

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi, otobüs ve metro durakları çok yakındı. Hydepark’a olan yakınlığı, bölgenin güvenli oluşu bizim için ekstra faydalı oldu. Personel çok güleryüzlüydü, odamız düzenli olarak temizlendi. Biz sadece bir gün kahvaltı yaptık ve memnun kaldık.

Cons:

Odamız biraz küçüktü (ama sanırım şehrin genel durumu bu olduğu için çok sorun yapmadık) ve açık banyo oluşu mahremiyet açısından bizim için ufak bir problem oldu.
