A dead cockroach in the bathroom. Despite having booked and paid in advance, the hotel's computerized system wouldn't allow me to change my room to a better one on a higher floor, even if I paid an extra fee. Poor cleaning; the room smelled musty.

Pros:

L'accueil était super. Le réceptionniste très agréable.

Cons:

La proximité avec la route faisait que la chambre était bruyante. Depuis le cinquième étage et malgré les bouchons de cire et le double vitrage, j'entendais les voitures et les motos.
