I am contacting you regarding my reservation at DoubleTree by Hilton West Palm Beach Airport, confirmation #5299047688.

Even though the app shows a cancellation fee, I want to clarify that I arrived at the property and left immediately due to serious personal safety concerns. I observed suspicious individuals and apparent drug activity, and as a woman traveling alone for work, I did not feel safe staying at the hotel.

I did not use the room at all.

I am requesting that Booking.com cancel the reservation on my behalf without penalty, due to safety reasons, and process a full refund.

The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Cons:

The room was clean and overall very nice. However, the bed was worn with body impressions on both sides. It lacked support and was uncomfortable.
