Not great.
Pros:

Every member of staff I met were incredible. All super friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

Room was very small, bad lighting, elevator and corridors smelt of cigarettes. Room service was terrible

windows were letting cold air in, the blinds were all closed still has a good cold draft comming in. had it set on 78 and could still feel the cold air coming in, very unhappy, Used to get room upgraded if the hotel was not full, with the perk membership i guess that ended and a 2nd drink along with it, We got ice tea at the coffee place it was old and nasty, we tried a sip before we realized it, once tossed it smelled . Valet parking is expensive like anywhere downtown. we always did the park and play got it and 25 bucks for breakfast. Never have looked anywhere else in downtown indy to stay at but i will look next time, seemed like the rewards dont help the people that use it 2 or 3 times a year anymore, like it use to when it came out

It was a fun,cold weekend but was warm with all the care of the hotel to make it so special
Pros:

The location was great and the staff was wonderful!! The front desk man was so kind and the lounge staff was exceptional
Loved the lounge and cafe too !!!

Cons:

Room space was tight. The shower was small.
The blanket was rough and the robes were not soft.

⭐ A Stylish Stay Worth Repeating! ⭐
Pros:

We had such an enjoyable stay at this modern hotel with just the right touch of class. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the shower was hands-down the best I’ve experienced in a long time. Special shoutout to the bathroom mirror — a flawless 10/10.

The only thing we missed was the skywalk access to the convention center. It was definitely walkable, just a bit chilly during our visit. Still, the hotel staff more than made up for it. They were genuinely the best I’ve ever encountered — warm, attentive, and truly committed to great service.

Overall, a fantastic stay that left us impressed and already thinking about our next visit.

Not the typical Omni Service
Pros:

Was not impressed by this Omni. It’s beautiful and clean and the food is great, location is close to convention center and restaurants but skywalk is now closed which isn’t clear online so if you’re going in winter choose a different stay. Omni customer service is not here, that piece felt more like a Hampton inn but actually I’ve had better service there. We stayed at a Home 2 Suites last week that had better service. Overall clean and great decor but won’t come back.
