Great bar staff
The $68 valet fee is ridiculous plus tip
The air conditioning unit in the room is extremely loud and turns on and off very frequently.
Location was great for the Bruno Mars Concert. The staff were great and the room was clean. We did not order food so cant review that. Nice bonus that we got parking with the stay but that was a little crazy and wish we would have known to get there extra early to avoid the traffic.
Vallet was crazy since we came in for one night for a concert. If you come for a concert, get there early like 2ish. It was not their fault they did everything they should it is a very small area to try and get that many cars in. If I would have known I would have come an extra hour or two earlier. Once in we got to our room it was clean but sooooo hot. I turned the ac down in hopes that it would cool off when we got back from the show. We got ready fast and had to hurry to the venue. We were hoping to grab dinner at the hotel but since we ran out of time because we were in line for 40 minutes to park we skipped it. When we got back from the concert our room was still so hot and had not cooled at all. They gave me a box fan since there where no other rooms since they were sold out. I paid almost 500.00 for one night and did not have any ac. I cannot get ahold of any one to try to get a partial refund. I pick this hotel because of location and how nice it was suppose to be. I should have just stayed at the Holiday Inn we walked away with a feeling of getting ripped off. It has been a couple days and still no response from Booking.com since hotel says I have to go through them. Hotel could not refund :(
It was clean and a fun atmosphere in the lobby.
Bathroom is so small. Difficult to get ready in. Vanity is very small.
Location
AC was not functioning on an extremely hot day. Took from 3:00PM until 10:00PM to get a maintenance person and then only the bedroom was cool in a suite
It was very clean, friendly great aura and the staff was amazing and professional
Location
Na
no free parking , & closest parking garage has no service
It was a short walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse with many restaurants and bars between the venue and the hotel. The location was great and the valet parking service was very efficient. The only comparable hotel I've stayed in was the Ritz-Carlton in Orlando. The Omni was very nice!
While well appointed, the room was relatively small compared to other hotel chain rooms in which we've stayed. I know you pay extra for the location and because of the Fever game in town (on a weekend no less), but it was certainly on the high-end of what I ever pay for stays.
Location was great. Everything was close within walking distance. All staff members were very courteous and friendly.
It was super close to the fever game. There infused water was really good.
They tried charging me three times for my stay that I payed for on here days before. There communication was awful. I was so anxious the whole time about owning them a shit tone of money that I didn’t have. I literally could not relax. Also the room smelled like cigarettes and the bathroom was dirty, pubs in the tub.
