Cleanliness & location
There was no water for part of our stay. When it came back on there was only cold water no hot.
The mattress was super soft and the location was amazing and the rooms were very luxurious.
The size of the room and the small elevator being on the 12th floor posed an issue at times
We loved the atmosphere, and the decor. The staff was courteous and polite.
The price was a little steep to not enclude some kind of breakfast. And the valet wait times was very long.
Absolutely beautiful hotel and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful
It was a little pricey but you get what you pay for
I loved the hotel itself The room with the balcony was nice. It was colder than i thought it was honna be so i couldn't enjoy the balcony
It was Cardi B concert the night i stayed and valet took for ever. The next morning around 9, it was sounding like some kind of alarm going off in the halls, it woke me up I was pissed My check out wasn't until 12pm, i think i checked out around 10 something
Cleanliness of the property and friendly staff. The room was very nice and clean.
I have no issues or problems with the stay.
The hotel itself was beautiful. The staff was friendly. Location was excellent to Lucas Oil Stadium.
My room was small and felt a little cramped. The room was very expensive. My room faced circle center parking garage. It was extremely noisy with the traffic both vehicle and foot traffic. I got there on a Friday evening and was supposed to check out on Sunday. After listening to all the noise from traffic outside and inside the hotel on Friday night until around 4AM and getting zero sleep, I decided to leave my expensive room on Saturday because the noise was just to much. I had tried talking to front desk staff about the issue but was brushed off and disregarded. Also had breakfast at their restaurant on Saturday morning. It was terrible. I waited exactly 1 hour and 3 minutes for my order. I ordered cheesy scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, hash browns, toast and a coffee and an orange juice. The eggs were inedible. Like rubber, the bacon was hard as rock, the hash browns was cold and the toast was hard because it had sat for a while. I paid $20 for a breakfast i couldnt even eat. Overall for the money that was paid, I expected something a little better. The hotel was beautiful but there were some issues that I felt like could have been addresses and were not. When you have a customer complaining about the noise being way to much, maybe try to move them to a different room to accommodate them a little better. I requested a different room and was told there were none available. I pulled up the hotel online and through several trip websites and showed that there were several rooms available and was told those are for walk ins? Made zero sense.
Everything.
Everything was perfect for us.
The location
Only one elevator working
Every member of staff I met were incredible. All super friendly and very helpful.
Room was very small, bad lighting, elevator and corridors smelt of cigarettes. Room service was terrible
Walking distance to Gainsbridge.
Nothing to not like.
