It was a fun,cold weekend but was warm with all the care of the hotel to make it so special
Pros:

The location was great and the staff was wonderful!! The front desk man was so kind and the lounge staff was exceptional
Loved the lounge and cafe too !!!

Cons:

Room space was tight. The shower was small.
The blanket was rough and the robes were not soft.

So nice on New Year’s Eve
Pros:

We stayed for NYE and everyone from the valet to the check in desk to the bartenders were genuinely nice! I had my hands full of coffee and one of the valets walked me to the elevator to open the doors and push the up button for me!
