J'ai beaucoup aimé le personnel à l'accueil à la fois disponible et agréable.

Cons:

Il manque clairement du management dans cet hôtel. Lors d'un petit-déjeuner j'ai fait remarquer à l'un des réceptionnistes que les fruits étaient périmés. Il est allé en chercher d'autres mais qui l'étaient également. Autre point: il n'y a pas de bureau dans la chambre ce qui est incroyable pour un 4 étoiles. Enfin l'ascenseur est minuscule et n'accepte qu'une personne à la fois.
