According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
Please note that the credit card used for the booking must belong to one of the guests. In case of reservations made in the Non-Refundable rates, the reservation center will send a payment link to your message box via the Booking.com platform. The card used must be presented at check-in.
If it is not possible to present the credit card, the total amount of the reservation will be charged again on the guest's own credit card or another form of payment, such as debit card, cash or PIX. In this case, the amount charged to the credit card during the booking will be refunded.

Operation of the pool area and rooftop on December 31, 2025:
• The pool will be closed at 12:00 PM on December 31, 2025, and will reopen at 12:00 PM on January 1, 2026.
• Due to the preparation and celebration of the New Year’s Eve party, the rooftop will also be closed from 12:00 PM on December 31 until 12:00 PM on January 1.
• On New Year’s Eve, access to the rooftop will be exclusive to guests/clients with a party ticket and identification wristband.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Breakfast was poor and sub average, it did not have espresso coffee nor any good croissants, eggs were sub average, also not enough seats for everyone to sit

Alguns quartos precisando de reforma, tivemos que trocar pq o chuveiro saia pouca água e ainda retornava pela pia do banheiro, mas assim que comunicamos já trocaram a gente quarto.

La struttura non è manutenuta e pulita adeguatamente. Abbiamo dovuto cambiare stanze 3 volte, per il rumore perche gli infissi non si chiudevano. Alle fine ci hanno fatto un upgrade. In generale la struttura non è tenuta come meriterebbe, grande peccato.
Hotel con todas las prestaciones y comodidades en en pleno centro y frente a la playa de Copacabana. Habitaciones y servicios bien equipados.
Algunas zonas del gimnasio se encuentran en reparación. El comedor para el desayuno se queda pequeño en horas punta.
Die Lage an der Copacabana war top. Toller Ausblick von der Dachterrasse. Wir konnten direkt bei der Ankunft auf unser Zimmer, obwohl wir früh morgens anreisten. Sehr freundliches Personal im ganzen Hotel. Zimmer war gut eingerichtet. Alles war sauber.
Das Zimmer war groß und man hatte viel Ablagefläche für das Gepäck, Dennoch waren die Möbel so angeordnet, dass man nicht wirklich viel Platz auf dem Boden hatte, um große Gepäckstücke aus- und umzupacken. Die Toilette lief manchmal sehr schwer ab.
Das Essen beim Frühstücksbuffet kam mir nicht wirklich frisch vor. Daher habe ich lieber auswärts gefrühstückt.
