Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

Please note that the credit card used for the booking must belong to one of the guests. In case of reservations made in the Non-Refundable rates, the reservation center will send a payment link to your message box via the Booking.com platform. The card used must be presented at check-in.

• On New Year’s Eve, access to the rooftop will be exclusive to guests/clients with a party ticket and identification wristband.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel était idéal! En face de la place de Copacabana et pour visiter la ville nous étions très bien placé.

Le personnel était génial! Très gentil et serviable, toujours là pour nous aider ou nous renseigner.

Die Lage ist gut, das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Pool war mit toller Aussicht und guten Cocktails bestens verbunden!
Das Zimmer hat alle möglichen Utensilien (Minibar, Safe, Klima…) - sehr toll!!

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist sehr bescheiden. „Fantastisch“ würde ich das leider nicht beschreiben. Äusserst kleiner Frühstücksraum für VIEL zu viele Menschen (mache mussten anstehen und warten auf einen Tisch). Die Brötchen sind nicht-aufgebackene Aufbackbrötchen…
In den Duschen und um dem Waschbecken ist leider etwas Schimmel gewesen. Schade!

O melhor que já fiquei no Rio até hoje!
Pros:

Excelente acomodação, bem em frente à praia, fácil de chegar em todos os pontos turísticos. Além dos funcionários extremamente educados, quartos amplos, bem limpos, organização impecável, tudo ótimo!

Buena ubicación pero no tan buenas instalaciones

La ubicación es lo mejor del alojamiento, frente a la playa en Copacabana en la zona mas turistica. El espacio de la habitacion es grande

Que cobraran extra por el parking, debio venir incluido. Que la puerta del baño era una puerta corredera mal instalada que dejaba como 5 cms de abertura, privando de privacidad un espacio que debiese estarlo. El agua Evian excesivamente cara del frigobar. El desayuno muy pobre

Très moyen pour le prix

L’emplacement et le rooftop

Cons:

Les prestations ne sont vraiment à la hauteur d’un hôtel du groupe Pestana. Les chambres étaient sales, tables nuits bancales, porte qui se ferme pas correctement. Bref top déçue !!!

Achei que o hotel precisa de uma reforma, quartos com algumas coisas danificadas. Porta do banheiro não fechava direito. Box do banheiro muito pequeno. Não dava para duas pessoas tomarem banho juntas e se fosse uma pessoa muita grande e obesa teria problemas tbem. Esperava mais do hotel pelo valor das diárias

Immonde à fuir. Ce sont des voleurs : vol de ma peluche et le petit-déjeuner, je suis tombée malade

C'est un hôtel à fuir, très bruyant, le petit-déjeuner est immonde -je suis tombée malade- et j'ai perdu deux jours de mes vacances. Je ne parle même pas du vol subi dans ma chambre. Alexandre, le réceptionniste devrait être renvoyé. Le personnel est menteur. C'est une honte qui ne me rembourse pas une partie de mon séjour par rapport au vol subi dans ma chambre.
