Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Très moyen pour le prix
Pros:

L’emplacement et le rooftop

Cons:

Les prestations ne sont vraiment à la hauteur d’un hôtel du groupe Pestana. Les chambres étaient sales, tables nuits bancales, porte qui se ferme pas correctement. Bref top déçue !!!

Achei que o hotel precisa de uma reforma, quartos com algumas coisas danificadas. Porta do banheiro não fechava direito. Box do banheiro muito pequeno. Não dava para duas pessoas tomarem banho juntas e se fosse uma pessoa muita grande e obesa teria problemas tbem. Esperava mais do hotel pelo valor das diárias

Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Good breakfast. Good location.

Cons:

The door of the shower didn’t close, there was mold in the bathroom, the bin was occidated, I had a desk but no light close to the desk so impossible to work at night, the bedside table was about to collapse, the melamine coating came of the coffee table.

C'est un hôtel à fuir, très bruyant, le petit-déjeuner est immonde -je suis tombée malade- et j'ai perdu deux jours de mes vacances. Je ne parle même pas du vol subi dans ma chambre. Alexandre, le réceptionniste devrait être renvoyé. Le personnel est menteur. C'est une honte qui ne me rembourse pas une partie de mon séjour par rapport au vol subi dans ma chambre.

This hotel is perfectly located in a prime position right in front of the busiest part of Copacabana beach front. It is close to so many good restaurants and bars. You are really spoilt for choice.

With excellent management, this could potentially be one of the best hotels in Rio because of its location and facilities. It has a roof top bar overlooking Copacabana beach and a good restaurant by the rooftop bar. The meal there was good.

Cons:

More efforts could be made to maintain the hotel and keep it clean.

Perfect location makes this a great base for exploring Copa despite avg breakfast & aging property.
Pros:

The location is fantaatic. One of the best stretches of the 3 kilometer Copacabana Beach is across the street. You can spend a day (and definitely should spend an evening or two) walking on the mosaic beach walk, trying the Caipirinhas, and feasting on Churrasco or other Brazilian treats. You can also wonder the streets (we felt very safe but were cautious) to have a beer with the locals in tiny bars or sample the many restaurants and shops. The hotel is nice and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, especially at the front desk. Our room was cleaned immediately on request as we ate breakfast. Our room was adequate but not memorable, a bit non-descript. However, we didn't spend much time in the room other than sleeping. My wife loved the multiple mirrors. We could also view the beach from our balcony window.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was expansive but just OK. There was an omelet station but it was almost too slow to bother. There were no bathrooms on the ground floor and the bathrooms on the 2nd floor were closed so we had to ride to the rooftop (with a lovely view!!) and wait for our room to be ready the first day. The hotel is showing its age (emblematic is the missing letters in the giant hotel sign on the building) but was a good bargain compared to prices in the area. I would recommend this for the location alone.

Cons:

Streaming tv didnt work. We tried to communicate that to the hotel but they just said they have escalated it, to no avail. So the whole stay we didnt have streaming tv at all.
