According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
Please note that the credit card used for the booking must belong to one of the guests. In case of reservations made in the Non-Refundable rates, the reservation center will send a payment link to your message box via the Booking.com platform. The card used must be presented at check-in.
If it is not possible to present the credit card, the total amount of the reservation will be charged again on the guest's own credit card or another form of payment, such as debit card, cash or PIX. In this case, the amount charged to the credit card during the booking will be refunded.
For reservations made by third parties, the payment must be made exclusively via PIX.

Operation of the pool area and rooftop on December 31, 2025:
• The pool will be closed at 12:00 PM on December 31, 2025, and will reopen at 12:00 PM on January 1, 2026.
• Due to the preparation and celebration of the New Year’s Eve party, the rooftop will also be closed from 12:00 PM on December 31 until 12:00 PM on January 1.
• On New Year’s Eve, access to the rooftop will be exclusive to guests/clients with a party ticket and identification wristband.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Localização muito boa, a vista lindíssima de Copacabana!
Achei algumas pessoas da equipe do hotel com pouco preparo para o nível do hotel. Quando eu cheguei, a chave de acesso do meu quarto não funcionava e os funcionários discutiram em minha presença, e se não fosse a presença de uma senhora na recepção o senhor que estava me atendendo iria me fazer subir e descer o hotel para eu testar as chaves!
Perfect location right by Copacabana Beach. The balcony is large and amazing, and the king room was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, especially the fresh and delicious fruits.
The interior could use a refresh and feel more modern.

Good location, comfortable bed
Our family booked three identical rooms, but ours was much smaller than the other two. When we opened our two large suitcases, there was no space left to get to the bed, which made the room very uncomfortable.
During our 7-day stay, the room was not mopped at all, or not properly, as it remained dirty.
One early morning, we found a cockroach in our bathroom. We went down to reception to report it and ask them to take action. The receptionist clearly didn’t like being “bothered” about it—making faces, he reluctantly came up to the room and, instead of spraying it, he squashed it, then wiped the crushed cockroach off the wall with toilet paper and left.
After that, we asked for a room change. However, since we had a full-day program, we were only able to move to the new room in the evening. Finally, the new room was larger, the same size as the ones our other family members had.
Two minutes after moving in, when we went into the bathroom, we found another cockroach crawling on the floor.
We asked for another room change, and they put us in an even smaller room than the first one. We complained at the reception, and they said they would give us a larger room the next day. The following day, however, they said we could move to another room of the same size, and they couldn’t offer anything else.
The breakfast was tasteless and had very little variety. The same food was served every day.
The water in the rooftop pool smelled bad, as if it had a musty, moldy odor, and it was cloudy.
In none of the rooms did the windows close properly, and the street noise was very loud.
I do not recommend this hotel.

Certaines chambres proposées sont très sombres (proximité immédiate d’un autre immeuble très haut à côté qui coupe toute lumière), ou vieillissantes
Hôtel très bien placé sur la baie de copacabana, accès direct à la plage, piscine en rooftop avec une vue incroyable.
Personnel très accueillant.
Petit bémol sur l’insonorisation des chambre, nous vivons avec le rythme de la plage toute la nuit non stop.
