According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. De forma geral, tudo bom. Mas sendo um hotel de 4 estrelas, tem detalhes que deveriam ser melhorados
Pros:

1. O profissionalismo dos funcionários: todos os funcionários são educados, simpáticos e pacientes
2. A localização do hotel: bem pertinho da praia Copacabana, muito conveniente pra ir a todo o lado
3. O café da manhã: muitas opções, comida saborosa

Cons:

O que não me satisfez foi a limpeza: No primeiro dia antes de dormir, observei alguns pontos vermelhos e pretos nos lençóis e o cobertor também pareceu sujo. Pedi que eles me trocassem um lençol novo bem limpo, mas o novo lençol também teve manchas. Além disso, as toalhas de banho também tem alguma mancha.

Breakfast and staff. Souza and Sandro at Breakfast are very courteous. Rafael and Marcks at front desk are professional and get things done.

Ça ne vaut pas son prix…

L emplacement, la taille de la chambre, du lit

Cons:

Chambre très sombre, donnant sur un mur, aucun intérêt. Fenêtre ne fermant pas alors qu au deuxième étage avec balconnets communicants, concierge ne sachant pas si la réparation était effective, à moi de demander un changement de chambre éventuel ( à une heure du matin avec un enfant ), pas de bouilloire en chambre. Matelas pas inconfortable mais déjà creusé.
Salle du Petit déjeuner minuscule vu le nombre de vacanciers. Venus avec des amis, nous avons dû manger à deux tables différentes. Queue de folie.
Pour 200 euros la nuit, allez ailleurs !

Great location. Helpful staff. Okay breakfast, not amazing.

Cons:

Room was located near a service lift and was extremely noisy, I was woken in the early hours every night. Could hear the rain dripping again very noisy. Drilling also taking place.

A vista é linda, mas não se se vale o preço.
Pros:

Localização incrível, vista linda da orla do RJ. Vale a pena pegar um quarto com vista para o mar e ver o sol nascer ao menos uma vez.

Hotel antigo, estrutura já bem desgastada: elevadores lentos, armários que não fecham adequadamente, ducha muito fraca no banheiro.
Café da manhã é um caos completo, muito mais gente do que o salão consegue comportar. Falta de tudo nos horários de pico, talheres, pratos, comida...

Paguei mais caro pelo quarto com vista para o Mar , mas o custo benefício deixa a desejar. Funcionários Cris e Naldo , os melhores.

De ter ficado 36 horas sem limpeza do quarto (alegaram que teve falta de 2 funcionárias). Jogos de cama não são confortáveis. café da manhã razoável, mas com bastante fila! Quartos precisam de reforma.
