Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

Please note that the credit card used for the booking must belong to one of the guests. In case of reservations made in the Non-Refundable rates, the reservation center will send a payment link to your message box via the Booking.com platform. The card used must be presented at check-in.

• On New Year’s Eve, access to the rooftop will be exclusive to guests/clients with a party ticket and identification wristband.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

A localização efectivamente é boa, mas o hotel só tem mesmo o nome Pestana. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e impecáveis, mas infelizmente os quartos sao efectivamente muito precários. O hall de entrada apresenta uma coisa mas o restante edifício não acompanha.
Já fiquei noutros hoteis da cidade e possivelmente este deve ter o rácio mais baixo de preço/qualidade.

Cons:

A água de sai das torneiras e para os sanitários cheira mal. Julgo que usam algum tipo de sistema de reciclagem de água e esse deve ser o motivo.
Para um hotel de 4* com um custo de 200.00€/noite para os quartos mais básicos este tipo de coisas não pode acontecer.
Fiquei em outros hoteis da cidade e a diferença é abismal pelo mesmo preço.
