Not many hotels in area so would stay again, but beds need updated.
Pros:

Very clean, very quite.

Cons:

The bed had a topper that wrinkled up every move you made so uncomfortable sleep, very low water pressure.

Wrong reservation
Pros:

It was clean on the surface and was a good price. Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

They gave me the wrong room type. The bed was a little hard for me. The carpet had a pee smell to it. The whole box of tissue smelled like smoke.

It is convenient for us. The location is good. And we can bring our pet with us to stay.

Cons:

On the last day of our stay we got up to get a shower and there was no hot water. When I went to check out and let the receptionist know. She said " I already know, I've known for 2 hours. Then said the maintenance crew is gonna have fun today!" I also let here know that when I called the front desk, there was a lady on the other end and she said " This is not the front desk it is another room!"
I felt like she wasn't really that concerned about it. We was not able to get showers before we left and why did they not call maintenance guys in when she knew two hours ago that there was no hot water!?

Sure Stay Best Western Marion IN
Pros:

Staff was helpful and it was a good value. The hotel is in the middle of being remodeled. The pool was nice and the rooms were clean. Things that would normally be complaints are in the process of being updated and replaced. We would stay again.We had a birthday party for teenaged boys there. They put us in adjoining rooms as far away from the other guests as they could which I appreciated. The kids had a fantastic time. They are also a pet friendly hotel for a fee. It doesn't say that on booking.

Cons:

Hotel was being remodeled which was inconvenient but much needed. There wasn't a big sign with the hotel name on it which would have been useful when they bought out another hotel. Breakfast was sad and available for a small window. Wish the pool was open longer but the hours were decent but varied from the sign. Outlets on lamps didn't work.
