Hungry but no breakfast
Pros:

The bed was decent.

Cons:

I was promised a hot breakfast all they had was scrambled eggs nothing to go with it. Nowhere on the website did it say that they were doing construction or that the pool would be closed. I'm not too happy with booking.com either.I cannot get a hold of anyone to let them know about my concerns.. I was charged One price from booking.com but when the hotel printed my receipt out it showed a smaller amount. Why can I not get a phone number to talk to a real person whatever happened to customer service?

Everything was really nice about this hotel except our room had fleas and we didn't realize it until a couple days.

Not returning - at least for 2 years when remodel is finished.
Pros:

Most of the staff was warm and friendly. One breakfast staff and the cleaning staff i met were not at all. The breakfast area was always clean.

Cons:

Bed was hard and very uneven but clean. The ceiling of the bathroom was falling apart and whomever tried to patch it made it look like a 2 yo did it. I saw a patch of pink mold in the caulk of the tub. The strips on the bottom of the tub was coming off. The faucet of the sink needed to be replaced. The toilet wobbled quite a bit.

No coffee maker in the room.

Parking lot needed work.

It was actually slightly better than I anticipated (I had low expectations). Everything was ok-ish.

It met the needs I had. It felt relatively safe.

It was a great price for convenience , a pool, breakfast, cleanliness and polite staff.
Pros:

I didn’t expect a microwave or a refrigerator so that was a really nice surprise. I did miss having a coffee Machine in the room.
