Excelente ubicación pero hay que tener cuidado con la habitación

La ubicación es excelente. Y la atención del personal, que es de sobresaliente.

Cons:

Casi 250 euros por una habitación de dimensiones muy reducidas, hasta el punto de ser incómoda, y sin ventana al exterior (daba a un patio interior poco iluminado). Además contaba con poco aislamiento acústico respecto al resto de habitaciones e incluso al pasillo y ascensor. La limpieza bastante mejorable, al menos en el caso de mi habitación.

Gutes Bett mit vielen Kissen die mal nicht nach altem Haarfett geschmeckt haben.
Richtig feine Frotteetücher, viel und heisses Wasser.

Cons:

Zimmerservice war nicht immer ok.
Nettes Personal aber mehr nicht.
Hellhörige Zimmer aber insgesamt ruhige Gäste.

Would happily come back and relive good memories at hotel Balmes
Pros:

Location and cleanliness plus the helpful and polite staff

Cons:

Lifts were a bit tight and some rooms had split levels which cut down on room space and made it difficult for luggage and older people.
