Pros:

The place was impressive, large, landscaped, decorated things we are not use to. The breakfast was over the top, everything you wanted, plus people making omlets just the way you wanted.

Cons:

We were looking for a place to shower, sleep and get something to eat in the morning. It's hard for us to pay so much for that. Yes we are cheap!
Also I noticed a lot of the rooms doors shut hard, ours just needed the hinges to be tightened.

Dire need of a makeover
Pros:

The front desk staff upon arrival was nice but overwhelmed.

Cons:

The cleanliness in the room was poor. The bedsheets had stains and the floor was visibly dirty. We asked for another room. The second room was just as bad as the first and the room door would not close without assistance. It looks as if it hasn't been updated since it opened.

A good place for families given the spacious suites and the generous complimentary breakfast.
Pros:

Location was good. Bedding comfortable. Room spacious.

Cons:

Elevator was out of order.
I asked for room away from freeway and it took the clerk two tries to get it right.

Location + nice accommodations + good breakfast = good stay.
Pros:

Location convenient; love 2 rooms for good price; great breakfast with omelet bar included. Staff courteous.

Only one working elevator caused delays.
