Only thing I liked staff didn't bother the kids too much for having fun and being a little loud on NYE

Cons:

This hotel is so OUTDATED for the price. The pool is never open they stated that something happened the night before so they had to close. It was such a bummer to all the kids that was looking forward to the pool. The breakfast tasted how this place looks OUTDATED.. I'm so surprised for this to be in Beachwood the rooms looked like it was back in 1974. I will not recommend..

Overall my stay was great and great location!
Pros:

I loved the breakfast and how friendly the staff were!! I would definitely stay again whether I'm traveling solo or with family.

Cons:

My phone in the room didn't work at all. Also, they sent text saying we could make requests via text but when I did I didn't receive a reply.

The front desk staff as well as the evening bartender and the breakfast display was very appealing

Cons:

The outdated rooms for the price the rooms still have the same decor and furniture since opening of the place and there is a language barrier between the guest and staff it's not a big deal it should be a little more inclusion for them to be able to greet the guests and answer basic questions about the hotel

Cozy space for the value.
Pros:

The atrium is gorgeous and spacious enough for many guests to be in there without being too close. Tiffany and Ariana were wonderful as well.

Cons:

The beds are awful! Reception was very lame, having cheap snacks and limited drink options. Bartender was nice though. Omelet stain needed light and more help. It wasn't welcoming, but she made good food
