Good location for touring the area.
Pros:

Liked the amenities such as a separate room with desk couch and small entertainment section . Hotel room could use some minor repairs. Carpet frayed and couch stained. Nothing that would stop returning. Comp. Breakfast. Good thing or ratings would be low had I paid for it.

Pros:

Very nice rooms. Comfortable and relaxing.

Cons:

No where did it state that the pool was closed or the restaurant was closing early. I understand emergencies happen but they should have a backup plan.

It was disappointing.
Pros:

The staff are always kind and friendly.

Cons:

I was SO disappointed that I booked this property to provide a place for my daughters to swim on spring break and the pool was not available. I really feel I should be compensated as there was no indication that the pool was closed when I booked the room.

Checked in and went to my room seen my bathroom was dirty went back downstairs to change rooms and was only in my first6 for maybe 5-10 minutes then I hot charge. for smoking $175 ?? I DIDN'T SMOKE IN THE ROOM WAS ONLY IN THERR 5 MINUTES. WENT TO DESK ASK FOR MANGER THE LADY CALLED HIM AND HE TOLD ME HE DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO TALK TO ME ABOUT THE MATTER??!! I HOPE EVERYONE READS THIS AND DOESN'T COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!! OH YEAH HE TOLD THEM TO CALL BEACHWOOD POLICE ON ME LMAO 🤣 LIKE I'M NOT A REAL GROWN MAN..DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL AND THIS WAS ON FEBRUARY 1ST AND 2ND 2026 ...MANGER NAME IS ROMAN MAVASHEV. Wonderful experience
Pros:

Me and my family came here for the weekend. Had a wonderful experience. Met the manager, Romen he was very helpful. Answered all our questions. Thefood was wonderful. The dust clerk Rochelle was very helpful. Also checking us in. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pool closed and not told before hand to give a choice e
Pros:

Next time the pool will be closed the ppl coming should be told!! I booked for the pool during my stay and the hospitality is NOT unlimited only 2 drinks and don’t have back up ppl to assistance

Pool closed wasn’t told till after check in not before arrival could have went some where else w a open pool

Old and tired hotel
Pros:

While the outside of the hotel looks new and modern the inside is the complete opposite. A very tired Embassy Suites and I should have known since it was so cheap. The morning breakfast was really bad also..i always remember the great bacon and potatoes but no bacon and the potatoes might have been from several days ago. Long time Hilton diamond member..Homewood next time for me.

Terrible workers
Pros:

The place is nice but the staff is terrible they make u go to ur room way before the agreed soon time and I got yelled at for trying to ask why, they have no idea where they go and don’t listen to me, they charged me for the pool amenities even though I couldn’t use it.

Only thing I liked staff didn't bother the kids too much for having fun and being a little loud on NYE

This hotel is so OUTDATED for the price. The pool is never open they stated that something happened the night before so they had to close. It was such a bummer to all the kids that was looking forward to the pool. The breakfast tasted how this place looks OUTDATED.. I'm so surprised for this to be in Beachwood the rooms looked like it was back in 1974. I will not recommend..
