Pros:

breakfast was good

Cons:

The room smelled old and I noticed napkins from previous guest under the desk. Front desk staff sent another guest to the room I was already checked in, thank goodness she knocked before coming in.

I’d stay again.
Pros:

The property had a variety of positives. The indoor pool and its convenient hours, the full breakfast bar, the evening reception, the size of the room, the location. All of these things were great.

Cons:

The bathtub didn’t drain well. The shower faucet was broken so we had to rig it to keep from scolding ourselves. We had to request more towels although I clear checked 4 people in. There were dusty places in the crevices and corners around the beds. An alarm of some sort went off late into the night 11pm/midnight-ish and it took over 45 mins for the staff to clear the situation so the alarm would cease blaring.

Pros:

The location is very close to Airport, the facilities are exceptional with a welcoming bar, social seating areas, large breakfast area and meeting areas

Cons:

The rooms were dated and would benefit from renovation particularly the bathroom as the tub are very low to the floor - shin height for comparison
The room could benefit from more USB charging stations only 1 was in the bedroom
Also the ground floor rooms are located in the busier areas so can be noisy.

Pros:

The computers was down and they where booking people the same room my room someone was opening my door saying this was the room they was giving. It was very hard for me to sleep not knowing when someone else was going walk in. And the room had a strong mole smell

Cons:

Been here so many time before and love it but was so scared this time traveling alone
