The hotel works, but there can be some tension, depending on where u come from
Pros:

Well presented building, spacious room, good breakfast, free shuttle

Cons:

Felt like half of the staff had a negative attitude like they bore a grudge, and only 2 of the 10 or so that I encountered were welcoming. Felt like I had to ask the chef really nicely to make an omelette, or the front desk to provide an extra bath towel. Or the airport transfer van driver whether it would be ok for him to take us to the airport.

Cons:

It seems ridiculous that I, as a customer, have to pay for parking. I am a person who travels throughout all the states of this country, and this is the first time I have to pay for something I already paid for when I rented the room. Your ambition embarrasses me.

Cons:

This place was a dive. It looks fancy on the outside and even when you walk in, but after that its all down hill. The young man who checked us in acted like he really didn't care to help at all, and we had to change to three different rooms to finally find one the ac worked in and even that one went out in the middle of the night, the rooms were dirty and the beds were probably from the dollar general store. while trying to find a room after being moved twice, we were welcomed by a woman covered in tattoos with no shoes and barely dressed in the lobby who was trying to charge her phone while setting on the ground. Also they did not tell us when we booked the room that we would have to pay 22 dollars to park our car. The area was not safe at all, had we have just did a little more research we would not have stayed there to save our lives it was that bad. Take my advice, run don't walk from this place.
