Ar trebui ca agenția de clasificare hotelieră și agenția de protecția consumatorului să dispună urgent măsuri.

Confort preț de nota 2.
Am plătit două camere, una cu pat matrimonial și una cu două paturi. Am găsit o cameră cu două paturi lipite și scurte în care la 180cm îți atârnă picioarele și altă cameră cu o canapea extensibile și șubredă. Izolarea fonica de nota 2 se auzea totul din cameră și totul din baia de la camera vecină.

Amazing staff !
Pros:

This hotel is located in such a perfect spot, you’re so close to everything and it is not noisy at all in our room. The staff here went above and beyond for us when we stayed, this hotel exceeded our expectations!

mediocre, does not worth the price
Cons:

air condition was not working, location was not within the hotel as i booked, staff did not speak good english at the counter, toilet piping was very loud, there was no safe in the room.

Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful, my plug adaptor had broken on the journey and they had one on hand which I could use for my stay which was a life saver! They also booked me a taxi which was there within minutes, helped load my suitcase and just couldn’t do enough. Always someone there to help. Location was incredible! Not directly in the hussle and bustle of Rome but just a short walk to the Colosseum!

Kahvaltı ücreti bence çok fazla dışarıda daha az bir fiyata kahvaltı yapılabilir. Kahvaltının ücretli olması da ayrıca tuhaf çünkü otele sadece uyumak için ödeme yapılıyorsa biraz pahalı

Old hotel with a great location.
Pros:

Great location! Quiet area near a subway stop and charming shops and cafes. 5 min walk to colloseum and forum but away from the crowds.

Cons:

No private area for the shower. Breakfast was not good. Odd smell in the hallways..

Really good hotel in great location. I would definitely visit again when in Rome .
Pros:

Hotel is in an excellent location in the historic centre. Lots of restaurants and bars around the hotel.
The hotel was exceptionally clean as was the room , which was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Staff were lovely.

Sorprendido y sin palabras por la falta de expliaciones

Lunes 13 llegamos habitacion 16,30 horas
Al llegar a planta nos encontramos puerta abierta y una señora en la habitacion que nos pregunta quien somos,a lo que le indico que se identifique,contestado que es la dueña y que esta revisando la habitacion
Le indico que a pesar de decir que sea la dueña nunca puede entrar sin estar,,en este caso nosotros presentes
Ya que se trata de una violacion,en esos momentos de nuestra intimidad
Sin mediar comentario abandona estancia y planta
Elimpiezantiendo que servicio habitaciones tenga access para
Por lo demas se trata de un hotel con una distribution muy peculiar que no se corresponde con lo contratado
