Great, would return!
Pros:

I enjoyed the free drink and appetizers in the evening. The open space provided a communal feeling. A lot of families with younger children just like us. The indoor pool is a plus. The breakfast is on the of best!

Cons:

The facilities seemed a bit dated. It took the shower a long time to warm up, the set up is confusing.

Totak experience was so nice, you might be seeing us again, in August for a birthday celebration.
Pros:

Room was very nice. The mattress was okay, but didn't provide that much comfort wife and me. The breakfast was very good, we both used the 'cook to order' section for our egg preparation......perfect!! TY to staff for the anniversary chocolate gift!!!

Cons:

See above for bed mattress. Probably shouldn't compare to my Sllep Number bed/mattress at home.

It was a very quick stay

Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for the price paid
Pros:

Just the complimentary and breakfast of the hotel.

Cons:

Service was disappointing overall. The room felt old and smaller than expected for a king suite, and the lighting was very dim, making it less comfortable. For nearly $300 per night, the amenities were lacking—there were no robes, slippers, or extra toiletries such as additional soap, which was unexpected at this price point.

We also requested a linen change, but unfortunately ended up having to handle it ourselves, which was unacceptable. Staff service was average, with nothing particularly exceptional. Additionally, an issue we raised prior to check-in was not resolved.
