Have stayed at this facility before. Attention to detail had gone down hill.

Cons:

Room smelled. Room was never refreshed during our entire 3 day stay. Had to ask for towels. Coffee and cups for in room coffee maker. Water in shower turned cold. Unannounced water shut down. Evening social hour appetizers were sparse. Must pay for parking and another daily expense over and above usual taxes and fees.

Pros:

Big open space nice decoration
Complimentary 2 drinks is lovely idea - definitely worth it as price of drink is absolutely crazy after this

Bar staff - gentleman extremely grumpy and made feel extremely unwelcome

Pros:

The room was good with useful facilities however it would’ve been useful to have some kitchen items for the kitchen area. The $15 result charged is bargain as it included some snacks and unlimited drinks for two hours including alcoholic beverages. The $15 is given as a credit and can also be spent in the gift shop or at the bar and restaurant. The breakfast was brilliant with lots of variety and really good quality food. The only complaint would be that our room wasn’t cleaned in time by 5pm. . However front desk were very responsive when this was explained to them.
