The staff was good to quickly resolve the problems they could however, having so many issues in one stay was alarming.
Pros:

The location was amazing- close to stores and restaurants! The breakfast and staff were more than amazing! The lobby was very modern and clean!

Cons:

The showers were moldy and had soap scum, I complained and a staff member came to clean that up! Then the tub wouldn’t drain while showering so engineering came up to snake the tub. The room where the two double beds wouldn’t cool and engineering once again came (twice) to look at the ac, which wasn’t fixed. The bathroom door (a slider) came off of the track and we were unable to close the door so someone had to come up and put the door back on its track (a new part was required). Then we requested sheets for the pull out bed and those were stained so we had to wait for a new pair to arrive.

Unclean restrooms
Cons:

Both toilets connected to the lobby were filled with feces and not flushing when I arrived. The room never got up to temperature even after a few days of using the heater.

The maid, bartenders, and omelet chef were fantastic. The room was nice and very clean with a great view. Thank goodness!

The front desk employees were deceiving. To begin we were not able to utiilze any discounts that we has seniors had available to us. Both of us had AAA, and are seniors but they would not give us a rate adjustment. Then they had a power outage and all the facilities were not available and we were not advised of this. We were told by the bartenders who tried to make up for the inconvenience. If we were aware of this we could have made arrangements to utilize the surrounding stores and restaurants. The only thing that was available were cold sandwiches, salad and soup! Needless to say it was very expensive. Secondly upon trying to reenter our room the second day both cards was deactivated. We had go back downstairs to get new ones. The cherry on the cake was when I received a note under the door stating that my form of payment was declined. It was humiliating ! I went to the front desk and the situation was they were trying to add and additional $200.00. Their correspondence is in poor taste. They could have just charged us the difference at checkout. I will never go through booking.com again! I am going to contact the corporate office to advise them of the situation that occurred and if not compensated we will never stay there again. It was entirely too expensive. I feel that when booking it should be made very clear that you are not booking through the hotel directly. Booking.com should have allowed us to use our discounts at the time of booking the visit!

Clean and comfortable - Hilton is so consistent!

Thank you Meixue! We just missed the breakfast buffet and she was kind enough to open things for us. Bummer we didn’t get the omelettes made to order, but I so appreciate the eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, She was very friendly and helpful.

Also, special thanks to Demetrios! I had to check out early due to an emergency with the dog kennel. I appreciate you accommodating my early departure.
