Nice to look at but needs more staff to maintain cleanliness.
Pros:

The omelets were yummy. The happy hour food from the grill was amazing. The bussers in the dining room area were very nice.

Cons:

The first floor tile was disgustingly sticky and dirty. Poor chefs looked like they were overwhelmed with guests (omelet line was so long) and couldn’t catch their breath. Dining tables were dirty (dining hall seemed understaffed because everyone there was working very hard but just couldn’t keep up with the number of guests). Zero water pressure in shower, AC was horribly loud even with earplugs, carpet was not vacuumed after previous occupants (small bits of trash all over carpets), bedding and sheets were very wrinkled (like they were slept in).

Pros:

Beautiful view, great location, delicious breakfast, great happy hour. Very clean and well appointed. Will definitely stay again!!!

Cons:

That we had to leave a day early and I don't know how to get reimbursed for day 😪

Lovely facility and great location for a trip to Monterey and Carmel.
Pros:

The complementary (alcoholic and non alcoholic) drinks and veggie snacks (which the kids enjoyed).

Cons:

The breakfast food options were great, but the pancake and bacon line was long as they didn't have adequate staff to cover the station.

Pros:

Great staff! Great nights sleep would recommend for a friend!
Pros:

We enjoyed the room as it had plenty of space. We also enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. I LOVED the Omelet station he was so great and super nice. The giftshop staff (Melissa) was very friendly and great for asking places to visit around. Front desk was nice. The cleaning staff did an amazing job every day.

Cons:

The happy hour was a bit confusing as we could not figure out where to get the complementary wine. The bar was there but it did not say anything about complementary.

The staff was good to quickly resolve the problems they could however, having so many issues in one stay was alarming.
Pros:

The location was amazing- close to stores and restaurants! The breakfast and staff were more than amazing! The lobby was very modern and clean!

Cons:

The showers were moldy and had soap scum, I complained and a staff member came to clean that up! Then the tub wouldn’t drain while showering so engineering came up to snake the tub. The room where the two double beds wouldn’t cool and engineering once again came (twice) to look at the ac, which wasn’t fixed. The bathroom door (a slider) came off of the track and we were unable to close the door so someone had to come up and put the door back on its track (a new part was required). Then we requested sheets for the pull out bed and those were stained so we had to wait for a new pair to arrive.
