Pros:

Hotel is great, Staff is amazing and helpful. Happy Hour benefit and Dining [including complimentary breakfast] were fantastic. View of the ocean is the best!!!

Cons:

The hotel resides over a roadway intersection. The noise, even on the 10th floor, is not good but did seem to subside about 1130pm thru 630am.

We would definitely stay there in the future-was convenient to Monterey an Carmel
Pros:

Breakfast was better than usual complimentary breakfasts-delish an variety was great! Plenty of seating and staff was pleasant an more than willing to accommodate our needs (water, coffee, condiments, etc).

Cons:

On our first morning, we were not aware the bagels, toast, etc was behind the walls until the following morning when we asked for butter! It was a whole section we didn’t know was there.

The location was good, just a few minutes drive from the aquarium and center.

Cons:

The pool area was not very clean and maintained. We reserved a room for 5 people, however the two double beds were very small.

A cozy, beautiful, and comfortable hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable the room was. We only stayed for one night and wish we could have stayed longer.

Very friendly staff, great location and breakfast!
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, size, space and location. Staff are really friendly and helpful.
Free evening drinks and snacks too. Breakfast is fresh and eggs made how you want, even fresh pancakes and breakfast.

Cons:

They charge $15 dollars per night which you can spend in the hotel. Wasn’t clear about that when I was booking. The swimming pool was so packed, so small and very cloudy water, dirty on the sides of the outside of the pool. So we didn’t use it. Booked this hotel especially as my kids wanted a pool.

Pros:

I really enjoyed the breakfast and the view from the 12th floor. We went to the beach and it was 3-5 mins in a car. Having Chill’s in the same parking lot was a plus. Happy Hour was Awesome.
