Der Lift ist nass wie ein Kinderpool,
View of beach from room windows and balcony. Breakfast was great and staff were welcoming.

Breakfast was a top highlight. We enjoyed the omelet station and pancakes with bacon. Plenty of space inside the facility to move around, 3 elevators and plenty of seating. There is a small pond next door with a walking path and connects to the In & Out making it safe to get around with the busy road. LOVED that the hotel provided beach chairs, towels and play toys for us to use at the beach.
While our stay was comfortable, the room temp never went below 72. The air was "on" but not flowing or cooling. The room was a bit dated, and worn. Too much furniture for the space (in the king suit), making it hard to move around the living space.
Breakfast was great.
They charge 20$ a night for parking. We spent a lot of money to stay there I don’t think we should have been charged for parking.
I have never stayed at an Embassy that was this dirty. I purchased a Wellness room to ensure cleanliness for my family. Upon arrival there was hair in the bathroom, crumbs on floor and cream or something on lamps. We were moved 3 times. The final room still full of hair in the bathroom was “cleaned, again” while we waited in the lobby. We got back to the room to the same hair I took pictures of on the floor in bathroom. I reported it and the front desk lead. Sheryl’s response was, I verified housekeeping vacuumed. I checked hotels from here to Carmel but because of the race weekend and our family size I couldn’t find another room. I was on phone or in person from approximately 5pm until almost 9pm with corporate and the hotel trying to get help. The manager who I requested call never checked in with me. I asked why I was paying the same room price for a non wellness room to no avail. Finally a gentleman said he would have our room deep cleaned the next morning and see about compensation but still nothing with the cleanliness or if my children had been younger and swallowed the pills left in room the problems which would then have occurred. Sitting in the lobby at 6:30 in the morning and it’s fluctuating between 64-68 degrees and our room was set all night to 75 trying to warm it up. It’s still blowing cold air and says it’s 68. The lobby dinning has garbage under the tables from last night when we were down here having dinner. I used to live in Monterey and frequented Embassy for music and swing dancing. It was beautiful, but this will never be a stop for our family again.
The place was clean , great location, and great food
Unexpected fees booking app gave a price with resort fees and the hotel had additional fees each night for resort fees , California Tax, and all kinds of extra fees and etc. so the price that had to be paid was way off and extremely high.
The location.
It wasn’t very clean and my tub was clogged.
Convenient location and lots of great amenities
Very good location for a family friendly hotel. Embassy Monterey delivered with clean and modern room offerings. Location was centrally located to everywhere we needed to go on this trip. On check in we were informed about breakfast and the evening reception. The room was well appointed and spacious. They gave our group adjoining rooms without having to ask. Fitness center had dumbbells going all the way up to 75 which is always a plus. The breakfast was nice with 2 sides to the buffet, made to order omelets, a separate line for bacon and pancakes, and drink station. Only thing that could have improved was the elevators. 3 elevators for the property and a bit slow at times. Not a deal breaker by any means.
L emplacement et les installations
Très bon petit déjeuner mais choix réduit
The ES is looking a little tired. The light up sign flickers like a strobe. Seats in the bar were worn and the room felt repeatedly painted over. The staff was a little grouchy. The bar did last call at 9:45. Folks had to beg to have the sound turned on the TV during the world cup. $20 to park in an unsecured lot felt excessive. Great location for a quick drive or walk to the beach. Not close to Monterey, which was fine for us, but of note if you are planning to go to Cannery Row or other attractions.
Frühstück komplett überfüllt. Schlangen, kein Platz, kaum Auswahl. 15$ werden pro Nacht der Kreditkarte einfach belastet, ob man sie vor Ort ausgibt oder nicht. Bar und shop bereits um 22 Uhr geschlossen
