I honestly have no idea why this hotel—part of the Quality Inn chain—is still in business. The sanitary conditions are absolutely appalling. The towels and sheets are dirty, and there is someone else's hair everywhere. The electrical outlets spark, and the heater doesn't work. There are marks on the walls from extinguished cigarettes, even though it is a non-smoking room. For breakfast, the only options are waffles and coffee. It is also located in a dangerous neighborhood.

A large room with a new bathroom. Plenty of parking in a quiet area. Friendly staff.
It feels a bit in the middle of nowhere but offers decent value for money.

Microwave or mini fridge is making noise all the time.
Empty shampoo bottles in the room. They didn’t fill up the shampoo. Vending machine is smelly and the machine is not working.

My husband,myself and my two boys. It didn't look like the bathroom had had any attention and only had two towels. I Called down to the main desk and ask for more towels. I was told I could only have two. About Four hours later i called back down and was told I had to pick them up. When we returned to the hotel from dinner , I went to the main office to pick them up and was told I could not have any more. So for 4 people , we had two towels. Three of us did not shower the next day because of this.
We were told that there was breakfast included. The only thing they had for breakfast were waffles. We are totally disappointed with this day at the hotel. I guess you get what you pay for.

I book it for from DC 6.3 miles, but it is about 10 miles, a lot of noise

It was clean and offered free breakfast. Conveniently located
Hairdryer didn’t work. No one told us breakfast ended at 9 so my daughter had to go without. We arrived late (after 10:30pm) and didn’t think to ask what time it ended. I don’t mind leaving a security deposit but it should get cleared when we depart. After waiting a while to checkout, the desk manager went to check our room and was gone for quite a while. He ran another errand while we were waiting as he came from the opposite side of the hotel. Then the computer somehow was not working and we never got our receipt or confirmation that the room deposit was coming back. I found him rude. It should not take 20 minutes to check out when I am the only customer in the Lobby. He did have time to help 2 other employees while I was waiting. The experience could have been better.
