My stay at Eagle's Nest met my expectations.
Pros:

Rooms are well maintained. They are clean. Everything in the room like microwave and refrigerator worked properly. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked very well. I like being on the top floor and the hotel was able to accommodate my request.

Cons:

The only negative was the one small trash can in the bathroom. There was not a trash can in the living area. One suggestion is to leave extra trash bags in the rooms or perhaps a larger trash container. Even though I am in a hotel, I like to gather trash and not leave a mess for the cleaning crew.

The front desk person was nice. There wa parking and internet.

Cons:

The whole building was very dirty. The carpet in my room had a fresh spill of red slushie. Hallway and rooms smelled.

MARY'S STAY
Pros:

The staff. They were there Everytime I called on them for something they had to do regarding the room. They were so respectful. I definitely will stay there again when I go back to Statesboro, GA.
