Location.
Staff - very courteous and helpful.

Cons:

1. Not clean.

2. The facility is old and cranky; needs improvement. Not worth the price.

3. Continental breakout was bad. The scrambled eggs were insipid. The steamed sausages were tasteless.

4. Coffee - it’s a shame to serve such horrible coffee in Seattle. VERY light and watered down. It’s more a flavored hot water than a coffee.

5. Water in the reception area - they mentioned it is flavored with lime/lemon. That is a lie and a disgrace. They added lime/lemon sweetener to the water. It’s better to serve JUST THE WATER, and NOT ADD THESE FLAVORS and call it lemon infused water.

6. Water pressure - very bad. My room was the 3rd floor. And the water in the shower was a trickle, NOT a shower.

The stay was good, aside from the noise.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and nice.

Cons:

The amount of noise that we could hear on the early morning hours from above our suit. Pound foot steps and a lot of hanging on the floor.

Cons:

Our room smelled damp, and each time we turned the air on it smelled like smoke.

The price, the staff, the pillows, the bed.

Cons:

The fridge was super wobbly and loud throughout the night. A couple areas in the bathroom didn't seem to be cleaned. The shower pressure was weak.

Best Comfort Inn we've ever stayed at.
Pros:

The bed was amazingly comfortable and the pillows perfectly fluffy. Large room, good layout. Good breakfast and very friendly, welcoming staff.

Pros:

Location. Great. Linens superb. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Facility- our room anyway- gortesque. Moldy walls. Broken shower. Nasty carpet. Old Smoke odor, desparate need of remodel.

Shampoo bleached out my clothing! Wtf is in that bottle??
