Company policy that is way too restrictive and I was homeless for a night because of it. No no

I didn't like anything. I made my preservation late night. I showed up there just before midnight with my ID paid reservation and a credit card that the hotel does not take so I spent night outside

Cons:

I walked around for hours until I could find some place open so I can hang out so I could find out how to fix my reservation so I went through trivago and we'll see what happens
