Pros:

Breakfast was good. We really loved that they had oat milk for an option! Th options were good and coffee 24/7. The start was amazing! I needed a wheel chair for my child and they called the hotel next door and had it ready . We will definitely stay there again if needed! Rooms were clean as well.

Beds were a little uncomfortable

Not welcoming staff at all not kid friendly
Pros:

Staff had attitude was extremely rude at check in i only stayed because the lady told me I would loose my money because I book online I had to clean my own bathroom because hair was everywhere and the towels had a odor I ask her when I returned from get clean supplies for a late check out I was told no I ask if it was another room available I was told no so I check out went to another hotel

I did like the decor and the lobby was clean

Great value, clean room and yummy coffee around the clock
Pros:

Great location. Clean room nice breakfast and coffee and tea available 24 hours a day. Great value. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was alright
Pros:

The staff were nice and everything helped me extend one day I love speaking with them sweet people

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that I extended a night and had to pay the fee over again I was very confused which isn’t fair really because I didn’t leave but at any other hotel I’ve stayed in I didn’t have to pay the fee again which didn’t make any since to me but they waived it for me

Scam artists. Claimed to give an upgrade but lied about the amenities. Just awful behavior.

Pros:

The staff was amazing and so welcoming. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The hallways and lobby had an extremely strong floral scent that caused me to have a headache. I was also disappointed that there was not a microwave in the room.
