I would not recommend this property.

Very disappointing stay – would not recommend

We stayed here on July 3 and unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience from start to finish.

Upon check-in, we were assigned a ground-floor room. When we arrived, the door was already left ajar, which was concerning. Once inside, we quickly realized the room had not been cleaned. To make matters worse, I found a blanket on the closet floor with what appeared to be dark brown/red stains. My husband went to the front desk to report that the room had been left open, and I followed shortly after to show them the stained blanket. We were then moved to a different room on the second floor.

Unfortunately, the second room wasn't much better. Around 11:00 PM, the guests above us began making constant noise,heavy walking back and forth and dragging furniture or other objects across the floor. The noise continued until about 1:30 AM, which prompted us to call the front desk. They said they would contact the room, and the noise stopped for about 20 minutes before starting again.

At 2:08 AM, I called the front desk myself. Again, the noise briefly stopped but resumed shortly afterward and continued until approximately 3:20 AM. By then, I was exhausted and finally managed to fall asleep, only to be awakened again around 6:00 AM by the extremely loud trash truck emptying the dumpsters outside the building.

When I mentioned everything to the front desk during checkout, the only response I received was, "Oh, sorry." There was no effort to acknowledge how disruptive and unacceptable our stay had been.

Another disappointment was the pool. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was that it advertised a heated pool for my family. However, the water was very cold and did not seem heated at all.

Атмосфера дома,семейного отеля.
Завтрак был отличный
У нас был семейный номер-это было замечательно!
Мини кухня-очень кстати,посудомоечная машина,холодильники-все что нам нужно было. Вечерами сидели у костра или купались в бассейне. Все было отлично. Мы обязательно вернемся!

Staying here again and again.
Pros:

Second time we’ve stayed here and both times it has been perfect. Everything was clean pool was great. I love that they have small kitchens because it’s so easy to cook when you don’t feel like going out.
