Pros:

It was really close to the convention center.

Cons:

There's a really strong smell in the lobby. We didn't have hot water 2 days. The parking garage elevator wasn't working one night and we couldn't get in the stairwell doors. The bathroom in the lobby had 4 toilets clogged with poop.
