Clean and happy facility
The elevator to the parking garage is complicated but overall good

The elevator issue was bad. Had to wait forever for it.
Location is walking distance to the tmoblie center
Over priced for a room with two beds and a bathroom you have to straddle the toilet to even close the door. The ac unit was caked with dust and dirt. The sink barely drained. You take a two minute shower and there is no working exhaust fan to pull the steam out so you have to wait forever to even see yourself in the mirror. There was also a drawer that slowly worked itself open that’s knee level so you run into it over night in the dark trying to use the bathroom. Also it’s an additional $30 to park your car there where they will clam no liability if it’s broken into or damaged. Then on the ad for the room it is misleading… it says breakfast is at this time. I assumed breakfast came with your stay considering the cost of a one night stay! I was wrong. Cost us $60 for three people to eat breakfast! That was more than it cost us to eat dinner the night before. And it was your basic self serve continental breakfast. Definitely not worth $60! I understand prices have gone up on everything in this world however this was a total rip off. We will never stay here again. I’ll opt for a reasonably priced hotel with included parking and breakfast next time. And pay the uber driver to get me to the concert! Shame on you Crowne Plaza for ripping people off.

The location. It is close to the T-MOBILE Arena and Power and Light.
Cost and it could use some upgrades. The driveway in front of the hotel is not big enough. You can't park in the garage until you check in.

The front desk staff each and every person be today or the night they cannot be put up there. They are one of the most rude inconsiderate have absolutely no sense of customer service. I am surprised how can you have people like these at the front desk. No greet absolutely not a single what’s any sense of customer service.
