Excellent location and view! Very clean!
Nothing!
Great location. Room was really big. The Rail Bar and Bites food was excellent. The best burgers ever.
Was a bit confused on the breakfast restaurant. (The Depot) Thought it was an actual restaurant but it was set up like a continental breakfast. Wasn’t the greatest.
Very large selection at the breakfast buffet. Cost was a little steep at $20.00 per person but convenient.
Little pricey
good position a few steps from downtown and the Convention Center. Large and clean room, good bed.
Noisy heating system, you cannot let us run during the night. In my opinion the hotel is overpriced.
The place is clean and updated. The rooms are in good condition. The location is perfect, near everything possible.
The walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbors and vice versa. Also, the bed sheets don't fit that bed very well.
Great location to the convention center
N/A
Staff at restaurant/bar was hot/cold, but food was really good. Probably the best thing about the stay. Front desk staff seemed pleasant. The distance to main street was a treat.
The fitness center was horrible. I've seen 2 and 3 stars hotels with better options. Dark and gloomy. Not fitting for a 3/4 star and conference center. Very disappointing. Toilet in bathroom was running throughout the night. Would stay there again or recommend it. Thought it was a 4 star Hotel. Definitely NOT.
There isn’t really anything to complain about. We had a fantastic stay, it met all our needs, plus we felt safe and exceedingly comfortable. The mini market in the lobby was very convenient. I liked the nearby bar too.
