Cons:

When you take out money for incidentals off a card and 5 days later it is not in your account! I offered to pay cash they said no now its Friday and I left there Sunday morning and still don't have it in my account! This place was taken over by another out fit. I have stayed there the last 5 years at the same time each year .This was the last year I stay here.The next place I check and see who is running the property .If it is the same group the front desk person told me. I will not stay at any of their properties.Not customer friendly!

Best Marriott Stay I’ve Had in Albany
Pros:

After staying at three different Marriott properties in Albany, this one is easily the best within city limits. The hotel feels noticeably newer than the others, which really shows in the overall cleanliness and comfort. It’s also in a great spot close to plenty of restaurants, making it easy to grab dinner without having to drive far.

Check‑in was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were genuinely nice and welcoming. It set a positive tone right from the start.

If you’re looking for a clean, modern, and convenient Marriott in Albany, this one stands out above the rest. I’d absolutely stay here again.

It was a very quick visit. We relaxed and left for the airport very early.
Pros:

We missed breakfast as we had to leave for the airport at 4:00 a.m.

Anisa was great!
Pros:

Outstanding service. Anisa is the best. Took us to the airport at 4:30 am, so we wouldn't miss our 6:00. Greeted us when we returned. Park and Fly is a good value. Room was nice and clean. We'd stay there again.

Pros:

We had an end room and it was very quiet. The room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and polite. We would stay here again on our next trip east.
