I leave before breakfast
The parking. I usually have a big camper with me
Location was good.
It says they clean rooms on the third day of your stay but the morning after we checked in housekeeping knocked my husband said “no thank you, we’re good “ then they tried to open the door. My husband again tried to tell them we didn’t need anything but they kept asking to come in. Finally they left. Very inappropriate behavior. Made us wonder if they would have just came in if we weren’t there. We only stayed two nights,just me and my husband,we didn’t need housekeeping services at all during our stay.
Clean
We had to lift the back of the toilet and pull up on the plunger to get it to flush. When we called front desk, instead of asking if we would like to switch rooms he simply said oh I’ll let the maintenance man.
Affordable.
The first room was hit, air conditioning wasn’t working
We were given a second room which was cool.
We missed breakfast, misunderstood ending time, the tv didn’t get all the stations as advertised
The bathroom was roomy, room with multiple mirrors, good size tv, clean
We checked in later than planned and the front staff was nowhere to be found. We rang the bell and walked around for a good 10 minutes (feels like forever when you're tired)
The hot tub was awesome
It was all good
The walls are paper thin. You hear everything and everyone. Impossible to get rest. The doors are incredibly thin and flimsy. When someone closes their door it’s like they’re closing your door. Idk how they have 4 star ratings. Go elsewhere if you need rest.
The bed was comfortable.
There was not a single usb charging port anywhere in the room. The room smelled of some kind of scent that I figured out was coming from the ac unit. I had to turn off the AC and open the window all night. The scent was super strong. The room wasn’t that clean. I found a long black hair under the covers when I pulled the covers back.
Breakfast was typical for a room at the price. Pool and hot tub were nice temps and area was clean
Bathroom cosmetics could have been better repaired
