Experience a ne pas reproduire
Pros:

Uniquement l’emplacement. Le reste était très très faible.

Cons:

La luminosité dans le lobby , dans la chambre et de maniere général dans tout l hôtel était très faible. Pas beaucoup de lumière.
Pas de shampoing et savon .
La tv ne fonctionnait pas .
L’évier s’est bouché au bout de 24h.
La mobilier de la chambre était ancien.
La fenêtre ne s’ouvrait pas correctement.

Amazing location, gorgeous but don't bring big bags
Pros:

The location of this hotel is great, and it feels quite nice going in. The lobby is beautiful. The furnishings are lovely and the staff was absolutely amazing for our whole stay.

Cons:

The resort fees are getting out of control in NYC, in my opinion. This hotel is no unusual case. The entry/stairs were just sometimes a bit crowded. And, of course, the room is really small which was fine overall but we really struggled to find spots to put luggage of any real size, so this is more for people traveling light.

Great, quiet stay with wonderful staff
Pros:

Loved it!
Pros:

Great location, beautiful building. Enjoyed dinner at Scarpetta and drinks at Seville. Will be staying again.

Wish they served breakfast, but so many places nearby to grab a bagel/breakfast.

Super séjour au cœur de Manhattan
Pros:

Grande chambre très propre, lit confortable.
La possibilité de laisser ses bagages en avance et de pouvoir attendre, dans le bar du hall, le départ est chouette. Le personnel est toujours sympathique. Je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour en plein cœur de Manhattan.
Le quartier autour est super, le métro est à 2 minutes à pied !

Cons:

Enfaite chambre avec « vue » veux simplement dire qu’il y a une fenêtre, faire attention, nous avions vu sur une autre façade de l’hôtel à 2 m de la fenêtre. Ça c’était assez décevant.
Un seul peignoir pour deux dans la chambre.

I wouldn't care if I'm going back.
Pros:

Just ok, old style hotel , not modern, someone clean. They have a bar they charge me $30 for one drink..
