One of the best hotels in NY I have ever stayed at so far.
Pros:

Location was really nice, very close to Madison Park. Literally everything in Manhattan in a walking distance from there. The building was fully renovated. The lobby was pretty cool. The room was always good cleaned.

Cons:

The only disadvantage here is a not too much storage space, but it’s nothing.

Great location with a staff member that made the stay even better!
Pros:

The location was quite central and was great for the bachelorette party! The standout was Ashraf, a staff member who was quite helpful and made our stay exceed our expectations!

Cons:

Nothing I can think of! The price was a little on the higher end but that is expected of NYC.

Great Stay in NYC
Pros:

We stayed for three nights and this hotel has a great location in Nomad. Rooms were big and comfortable for NY. Great lobby bar and downstairs bar. All staff were very pleasant. No complaints at all. Would definitely go back.

Our 4 night reservation was erroneously cut short because of a problem in the computer system, so we were locked out of the room for 45 minutes until they sorted it out.

Super great. Would come again.
Pros:

The room was bigger than expected. Very nice location and really comfortable bed. The hotel provided also free water, there was an umbrella in the room in case you have a "Rainy day in New York". You could also keep your luggage in a luggage room after check out and to go on around until it is time to leave.

Cons:

Very busy reception but people were helpful.

Did not let my partner check-in until my arrival in the early hours of the AM as I the physical cardholder registered against the booking. They were completely inflexible, unconcerned and made no effort to contact me or proactively resolve

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel has an excellent location in a quiet neighborhood, the room was very comfortable, and the staff was excellent. Overall, the hotel felt high quality, comfortable, and very well located. I would definitely recommend it.

Cons:

The only downside was the room location. The room was listed as “city view,” but we were placed on a lower floor facing the hotel’s air-conditioning units.

Lovely boutique hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! It’s spotless, perfectly located, and the rooms are surprisingly spacious for NYC. The building itself is lovely and rooms nicely appointed. Enjoying morning coffee in the lobby lounge with a view of the Empire State Building was a nice little surprise. But the best part was the staff. When my nephew woke up at 5 a.m. with a terrible, sleepless cough, I was in a panic as nearby pharmacies were closed. Luc at the front desk graciously arranged for tea, lemon, honey, and a kettle to be brought up. It was a lifesaver and a testament to their incredible hospitality. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel in a great location
Pros:

Comfortable rooms, very clean, and great location. I also appreciated that they brought cold glass bottles of filtered water up to the room even when we arrived past midnight. It was great not to have to use plastic alternatives. The doormen were exceptionally helpful.

Cons:

The beds have four long soft pillows on them. I asked twice at the front desk for regular sized pillows but they were neither delivered nor was there an explanation why my request was not fulfilled. Understand if they don't have them but would have appreciated some kind of response.
