Pros:

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to most of our destinations - the subway was also a short walk away.

Cons:

The room was perfect, the only 'con' was being able to hear everything in the hallway. Although it is an old building, so can understand - there also aren't many rooms per floor, so it's not consistently loud.

Clean and great location, but can hear other guests

Cons:

I have stayed here a few times and this is my second time in a row being kept up all night by raucous guests. I’m not sure if this property attracts a party crowd or what but I’ve never stayed anywhere within the few blocks of this hotel where I was kept up all night by loud guests. I’m not sure if the walls are too thin or what it is. But it was miserable, for the second time in a row.
