Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist recht gut. Kompliment an das nette Personal, immer freundlich, gut drauf und sehr sympatisch
Wir haben 2x gefrühstückt, sehr zufrieden und eine gute Auswahl

Cons:

Im Zimmer war kein Schrank, in den man hätte Kleider hängen können.

Am ersten Tag war die Klimaanlage defekt, aber ich wurde mit einem Ratis-Frühstück entschädigt. Also gut gelöst.

Da wir schon etwas älter sind,war es sehr erfreulich viele junge Menschen zu sehen .

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage war eine Herausforderung.

Die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert.

Het botel lag dicht bij het station dus het hotel was super makkelijk te bereiken..
Pros:

Schone kamers. Leuke inrichting van het hotel en super aardig personeel. We kregen een up grade naar een luxere kamer.

Cons:

Klimaanlage war während des Aufenthaltes defekt. Dreckige Bettwäsche. Im Fahrstuhl, Flur und Treppenhaus roch es stark nach Fäkalien.

It was close to railway station.

Cons:

Air conditioning was not working (it was during a heatwave), and no fans were available to help air flow. The windows could only tilt.
There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room.
It is listed as 4 star hotel, but I would barely give it 2
Requests were made to reception for missing towels and opening the windows, but although promised did not happen.
