Good central location, close to restaurants and the lagoon

Can not fault the location
Unfortunately the garage door was broken so the car wasn’t secure but understand this wasn’t planned
Shower drainage wasn’t great. Would often end up with a puddle of water at the toilet because of proximity
Would we come again however? Yes we would

Cute picturesque apartments with an Italian style theme. Great swimming pool and very close to all the dining options and activities in the CBD. Apartment was very clean and had everything I needed. Would happily stay again!

Older style hotel in the centre of town. Has all you need in the apartments. Pool area only small with few sun beds. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff lovely. Walk to everything in town.

The apartment was older style but well maintained and comfortable. It is in a great position close to everything The manager and reception lady were very friendly and pleasant as well as helpful. I shall certainly be happy to stay there again if I have the opportunity.

Heated pool is superb and well maintaned. Should consider King bed and slightly softer mattress. Dining chairs while fashionable were uncomfortable. The A/C for our unit could do with a service
Otherwise we had a great time, we will be back

What a little gem the apartment was! Close to the dock and the promenade, in the heart of where it was happening but a quiet oasis with it's own heated swimming pool. The apartment had everything we needed from the well stocked kitchen to the laundry area. 2 TV'S, one in the lounge and one in the bedroom. Bath as well as a shower. Little balcony to eat breakfast or just chill. Trevors on the front desk was so friendly and helpful. David had a new outfit every day!

Great central place to stay walking distance to everything

Il Pallazzo is an apartment hotel located in the heart of Cairns. We walked to everything! The train station for our trip to Kuranda, Reef Terminal for our Great Barrier Reef trip are all less than 10minute walk from the apartment hotel. And the night market is next to the apartment hotel. This apartment is very quiet, low key, & it has a secured parking lot. Perfect for our 30th wedding anniversary!

This was an acceptable place to stay for a few days. It had a few shortcomings, and it was difficult to communicate with the management, but when they got the messages, they tried to fix the issues. When i arrived, the A/C did not seem to be cooloing off the room even though it was on the lowest setting. The light over the bathroom aink was out, so it was pretty dark in the bathroom, and the cleaning person had left a dirty washcloth from the previous occupant. I arrived after 4pm, so reception was closed (key in a lockbox), and the only way to communicate with management was a local telephone number, which i could not call with Whatsapp or my eSim card. I messaged the management through the Expedia app, and they did not reply. I had tour plans for the entire next day, leaving before reception opened and returning after they closed at 4pm. While they did not reply to my messages, when i returned to the room at the end of the day, the A/C seemed to be working better, there were new, clean wash cloths (old had been removed/replaced), and the bathroom light worked. I would have liked a message saying they were co.ing in my room to fix it, or acknowledgement of the problems and that they were going to fix them, but in the end, it all worked out. The only other issue with this property is no wifi in the actual apartments/rooms. There are televisions that could stream services, but no internet to do so, and no internet to do anything on my computer. Otherwise, it was a good room.

Great location!! Easy walk to everything you need in Cairns. Good communication with staff too! Would stay here again.

Very convenient location, friendly staff and very clean value for money

We stayed over the Easter weekend. So, we felt the no room service on public holidays with no mention of this when we were checking in frustrating. There was no refills of toiletries or sugar and te for example. The lift was only operating half of the time. The microwave overheated when using it and stopped working for the rest of the night. The fridge is old and is either too cold freezing the veg in the fridge or too warm and not freezing the ice. Overall the property is just really run down and needing some TLC.
HOWEVER - the location is perfect and the shower was nice and hot.

Very convenient location, well looked after property and apartments. Very friendly and helpful property managers.
I would stay there again.
