Pros:

Viaggio in famiglia a febbraio 2026, ci hanno fatto upgrade gratuito, receptionist molto cortese, hotel con pochi servizi ma curato, con ottima i sonorizzazione e pulito in posizione comoda per il centro. Minuscolo e grazioso giardinetto, tessera gratuita dei mezzi pubblici per il periodo di soggiorno, garage raggiungibile dall'ascensore dell'albergo a pagamento. Un'ottima scelta per Losanna come qualità/prezzo, torneremo sicuramente. Non abbiamo fatto colazione in hotel, ma vicino ci sono panetterie e pasticcerie

La proximité avec l’événement pour lequel je suis venu (polymanga). Le personnel très accueillant, les lieux propres et bien desservi par les lignes de bus

Cons:

Un moyen de restauration sur place aurait été apprécié surtout le soir, où on est obligé de trouver un restaurant en ville mais sinon tout était parfait.

Unsauber und ungepflegt.
Pros:

Es gab einen wunderschönen Gingkobaum vorm Fenster und Sonnenschein am Morgen. Mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Bustickets konnten wir uns außerhalb des Hotels sehr flexibel bewegen.

Cons:

Sehr, sehr staubig! Als empfindliche Person würde ich von einer Übernachtung absolut abraten, hoffentlich hatten wir nur Pech mit einem lang unbelegten Zimmer. Dazu ein kaputter Kopfkissenbezug, die Nachttischlampe brummte sehr laut, Fenster geräuschetechnisch eher schlecht isoliert, bei gleichzeitigem Gefühl von Stickigkeit. Und das Bett knarzte bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung.
Auch sonst sehr in die Jahre gekommen, an den Möbeln und z.B. an Türrahmen lösen sich Lackstücke. Insgesamt finde ich die Stimmung des Hotels eher düster und ich bin enttäuscht, weil ich etwas hochwertigeres erwartet habe.
