Great hotel to stay either for holiday with family or for business trip.
Pros:

Breakfast is very good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Location is the best as it is connecting to TP mall. I was very happy with the service. I want to specifically say thank you to the concierge staff who helped me to take the cake I ordered in very last minute from DORE Patisseries at TP Mall. I forgot that I have to buy Birthday cake for someone special so I ordered the cake in a very last minute (around 9.30PM).

So Much More Than Just a Stay ~ A Beautiful Birthday

I honestly had the happiest birthday ever at Sheraton Hotel Surabaya, Everything felt so special from the moment I arrived.

Huge thank you to Mas Joko and Mbak Cindy, you both made my day extra memorable. You were so kind, friendly, and genuinely caring. It didn’t feel like just service, it felt personal and heartfelt, and I truly appreciate that.

Also, shoutout to all the staff who were incredibly warm and welcoming. Being surrounded by such lovely people made my birthday even more joyful than I expected.

I left with a full heart and big smile. Thank you for making my birthday so, so happy 🤍✨ Definitely a moment I’ll never forget!

Pros:

receptionist was so helpful when we arrived before designated check in time (we arrived at 13:00), miss Janice was so warm to my kids when we checked out. My son lost his favorite toy in Bromo Resto and Mr. Dhika was so helpful in the effort to find it, even offered to send it to Jakarta. the decoration in the loby is mesmerizing, my daughter cant stop admiring and taking pictures in front of it. The music and ambience in Kawi Lounge were amazing, food and drink were delicious, it tasted just right.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making check‑in smooth and stress‑free.
The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with excellent attention to detail. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay.
The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to key attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Despite being conveniently located, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.
