I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making check‑in smooth and stress‑free.
The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with excellent attention to detail. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay.
The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to key attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Despite being conveniently located, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.
Breakfast was delicious and well‑prepared, offering a good variety of options to suit different tastes. The overall facilities were well maintained and added to the comfort of the stay.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service—the staff were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Surabaya Hotel & Towers. The hotel truly lives up to its five-star reputation. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with excellent facilities and a beautiful city view. The breakfast selection was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes.
The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Mrs. Tika from the Front Office. She was extremely warm, attentive, and helpful during both check-in and check-out. Her excellent service made my stay even more pleasant and memorable.
Thank you for the outstanding hospitality. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Surabaya.
Excellent service and hotel rooms
My favorite hotel in Surabaya. The staff are super friendly from entrance, reception (Ivan & Viki) to Breakast Bromo and Houskeeping. The staff make the effort to call you by name.
It is a nice hotel to stay in Surabaya. Excellent location and facility. The staffs who served us were Seruni, Janice, Ivan, Budi, and Oni. Definitely come again
Overall, we had a very good stay at Sheraton. This was the first time I brought my family to stay here, and they were very happy with the experience.
However, we were slightly disappointed because we were not informed at the time of reservation that the Club Lounge was under renovation, even though we booked a Club Lounge room. It would have been better to receive this information in advance to manage expectations.
That said, the service from all the staff was truly beyond expectations — very warm, friendly, and professional.

Aldi at breakfast was very attentive and personally assisted me and my family, which we truly appreciated. Darmawan at the pool area was also very helpful and responsive.
