Staff was very helpful
Room was very dirty in fact I had to buy special shoes to walk on the floor as it was super dirty like it had not even been swept in years. The window leaked lots of water on the window seal, wall and even the floor! Lots of homeless hanging out and felt unsafe.

when asked for housekeeping, it wouldn’t happen. I would have to call and complain for it to happen.
The front desk lady was rude as hell! She gave dirty looks and made faces. Has straight attitude for no reason. From check in to check out she was completely rude.
Room was clean and up to date. Front desk lady was friendly and helpful. Basic breakfeast.

The room was large and clean. Good location to downtown without being in downtown. Easy to get to from the freeway. Nice breakfast. The staff was nice too.

housekeepers did not do a good job, found hair in shower and lots of debris that was not swept up
Apparently, the room we got has not microwave and we told the receptionist if we can transfer to another room with one. Instead, she suggested that she will just bring the microwave from the other room. She thankfully did.
Could have been a lot cleaner.

A mess with the reservation, and miscommunication. Staff was unhelpful and dismissive

Access coming from Squaw Valley. Thought price was within budget with breakfast provided in price. Thought l would save gas travel time to take care of business on Power Inn here in Sacramento room cool
Parking lot not clean messy either garbage. The pool was not in working contrition either no explanations This information would of let me make a different decisions on staying on another facility with pool The weather hot and was looking forward to use
Room was clean and comfortable however had issues with the TV and toilet which got resolved
