The hotel is currently undergoing guest rooms renovations of all rooms, being done in phases.
The works started on March 18th, 2025 between 10am to 4pm everyday and some rooms have since been closed to facilitate the renovation.
Our contractor is expected to complete the renovations within a period of one year. All other facilities within the hotel are operational and guests can continue to enjoy our various services and their stay with us.

Super service and excellent staff!
Friendly but very slow service in restaurants.
Room was comfortable but very musty smell. (mould?). We let management know.
Had a layover at this hotel for 3 nights. Staff were friendly at reception. We chose to eat soon after our arrival & as the main buffet restaurant wasn’t yet open we opted for the bar, sadly that was not a great experience. Having a dietary requirement the server could not tell me if they had a gluten free option & told me if I didn’t want to eat something that I should leave it! A little surprising surely as a server you should know the menu!!
We did go onto eat at the buffet restaurant throughout the rest of our stay and had a much improved experience where staff catered to my requirements.
Our room was clean, we used the laundry service which was good.
The hotel was hosting a music event that weekend and our room was above the event and so we asked to switch rooms which was done with ease however the bell staff, we found to be rude I understand and do tip but the fact that they make it very obvious staring at your hands looking for tips, we found uncomfortable.
We made use of the pool which was a nice clean area, staff were friendly and accommodating.
The rooms are clean, the service is excellent, and the food is delicious.

A special thank you to Aisha at the front desk and to Abdullah, who took great care of all my transportation, from airport transfers to getting around the city. No Uber service in Dar but Abdullah/Aisha made getting around easy and stress-free.
