The bed and pillows were super comfy and room temperature was perfect
The pool was a salt water pool and it was hard on the eyes
My reservation was canceled without a phone call! I didn't know until our arrival at 11:30 pm after multiple confirmations and reminders that the payment would be taken from my account. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating, compassionate and helpful.

It was quiet and enjoyed sitting outside in mornings and evenings.

The hot tub was not able to be used, I specifically picked a hotel to use a hot tub. I think $200 and $50 extra for a dog is pricey for Dubois. Also, I booked online and checked the box to pay in cash but when I arrived the hotel clerk told me my card was charged so I had to hurry to a bank and deposit cash so checks didn't bounce
The staff was great helped with everything. The problem was booking .com. they booked us too many rooms

The hotel was clean and decorated nicely. The staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

When I checked in I was not informed of the hotel or Hiltons policies. The room was not serviced after the first night stay. Housekeeping didn't even take the soiled towels. I called housekeeping and nobody was available to service the room. After I submitted a complaint to Hilton corporate did the local hotel management inform me that after 2 nights stay the room is serviced and paperwork was in the room indicating the policy. My room had no paperwork. Later the manager changed her comment to indicate a QR code had to be used to know the policies. I believe 2 nights wait is an excessive time period which indicates cheaply managed. My room had an HVAC that was so obnoxiously loud I had to turn it off to sleep. My room also had MOLD in the bathroom ceiling plus STAINS in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor. Management explained that the stains were "DuBois's hard water". I hope this review is widely read before booking a room.
Friendly and clean and a great breakfast
My husband and I stayed there before and it was great but this time the pillows were so tiny and flat we couldn’t get a good night sleep and the tub didn’t drain
