It was DIRTY!!!! They were sold out that day, but it was super dirty. Hairs everywhere, the carpet wasn't vacuum, we couldn't move to another hotel, everything in the area was sold out. Also the incidental fee has not been refunded. And I payed for my pet fee again she stayed in her cage unless we took her outside. We drove 12hrs from Georgia to here so we were exhausted.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous. The room was clean and the location was easily accessible. I will definitely stay at this location again in the future! Thank you for great service!

It was in a decent location for the event i was there for.
I was not allowed to check in until nearly 2 hours after the check in time which almost made me late for my event. We had to sit in the lobby with our luggage for nearly two hours after the check in time. We had just enough time to change clothes then leave so we weren’t late which was a severe inconvenience. I also did not get the room i reserved which was a King bed suite. Instead, they gave me a room with two queen beds. The bathroom floors were filthy. The shower/bath was empty of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Luckily I brought my own and I did not contact the front desk because it was after midnight. After taking a shower and stepping on the floor then onto a towel, my feet were filthy. I have a video of the bathroom floor and of the bottom side of the towels used to step on and they were filthy.

The food was lacking. The omelet eggs were rubbery and no flavor. Would have liked change of meat between days
Location next to a restaurant was a plus for us.

The staff were amazing!! They were very friendly and accommodating. We (my teen daughter and myself) also felt safe in the location. We were even able to walk across the parking lot to Texas Roadhouse.
The bathtub was peeling paint. The room was “clean” but not throughly cleaned. There was dust coating the edges of the carpet. We bought 2 drinks from the “store”. They were both flat, not a huge deal just thought it was worth mentioning. The room was fine, but the bathroom was NOT Hampton quality.
