Our stay at this hotel was very relaxing, fun, and joyful.
Pros:

We loved Sonia. She checked us in and gave us all the important info that we needed.
She was so positive, warm and friendly. She made us feel so welcome. Sonia also helped us get tickets for the river boat. Everytime we needed something she always remembered who we were and took care of us. For example, she took good care of our luggage when we checked in and when we needed to leave the luggage there due to a later plane flight.

Lugar perfecto para alojarse en el downtown.
Pros:

Ubicación inmejorable, desayuno bastante completo y variado, muy buena atención del personal del front desk. Bella vista desde el comedor al riverwalk.

Cons:

El gimnasio es algo limitado y me gustaría que la limpieza de las habitaciones fuera diaria.

I do not recommend staying here it was ghetto, creepy, and ugly.
Pros:

The location was absolutely horrible there were dead trees everywhere it looked very ghetto. It looked very dirty and the building was very old and ugly. Don't let the photos of the hotel fool you because they are all lies. The only good part about this hotel was the receptionists they were the only ones who were kind to us in that hotel.

Cons:

Having been to many Hilton hotels this one did not meet Hilton standards, and it was the worst we have ever been too. Hilton should not be advertising the hotel as their own because it is a horrible ugly ghetto place. The room design was horrible there were bleach stains everywhere the place did not look as we thought it would. It was very creepy and we left literally 10 minutes after we got there. The price was way too high for what they were advertising.
