A/C ruined the trip 😢
Pros:

Location was good and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

Had to switch rooms because of the air conditioner not cooling off the entire room and it was slightly better in the second room but was still unpleasant to the point we had to check out at 3:30 am.

when a complaint is made I would like the problem to be fixed not just say it was when it wasn't.
Pros:

the spur games and 1 of the office lady's was amazing trying to help us and make everything better

Cons:

well our room didn't have ac and when it did it was 75 and higher so we had to buy fans to make sure our family was ok to sleep and enjoy their stay. plus breakfest they had closed earlier then they were supposed to and rushed us when we were eating

Proximity to Riverwalk. Room size was great!

Cons:

Only 2 elevators for all 10 floors plus staff lower level.
Since my mom uses a cane, I was concerned about evacuation options from the 6th floor.

Very spacious 2 bdrm suite.
Pros:

Good location, within walking distance to the Riverwalk and restaurants. Beds were comfy!

Cons:

The bathroom and shower overly scented (for men) liquid soap. It was incredibly strong. No kitchen liquid dish soap available but housekeeping eventually brought, and called for toilet paper that never came, so ended up retrieving from the front desk. One of the bedroom windows leaked from rain.

It was in a good location.

Cons:

The room smelled like a garbage disposal, there was a roach, the floor carpet was soaked through making my shoes wet, the TV never had signal, I couldn’t trust the cleanliness of the amenities.
