breakfast was yummy. and the beds and pillows were amazing a great stay thank you god bless you all my daughter loved the pool also!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect—the rooms, the atmosphere, and especially the staff, who were all so kind and attentive. The location was a huge plus, as we were able to walk to several nearby attractions. It truly made our trip to San Antonio even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Cons:

The only downside was one of the valet attendants, who came across as a bit rude. And there was no biscuits and gravy.

Everything was great expect one thing

Cons:

What me and my family didnt like was that once we got in the elevator from the lobby to go to our floor 2 girls came out of no where jumped in the elevator and im guessing they were a couple and they start touching each other infront of my family including kids..
Dont have nothing against same gender couples but doing it infront of kids thats just not right.

Our stay at this hotel was very relaxing, fun, and joyful.
Pros:

We loved Sonia. She checked us in and gave us all the important info that we needed.
She was so positive, warm and friendly. She made us feel so welcome. Sonia also helped us get tickets for the river boat. Everytime we needed something she always remembered who we were and took care of us. For example, she took good care of our luggage when we checked in and when we needed to leave the luggage there due to a later plane flight.
